I find it interesting when these door knobs are pulled over, they always say they will not answer any questions without a lawyer present. However when they appear in court and are asked if they would like an attorney assigned to them for their defense, they always refuse them.

@mircat28

Technically they are not trying to intimidate. If they get around to filing a lawsuit each one of those officers will receive an individual lawsuit and that info is used to identify the officer. They sue them for thousands of dollars. Ultimate goal is to make money and show off on their own YT channel.

@norarivkis2513
@norarivkis2513 Жыл бұрын
Well, technically he can refuse to answer questions that might incriminate him. He can't necessarily refuse to answer questions that won't. There is case law that says that detectives can require witnesses to answer their questions, so long as they've been granted immunity from prosecution -- because there's no possible way for their answers to incriminate them. There's also, of course, case law that says being required to hand over your license, registration and proof of insurance is not protected by the right to remain silent. You can hand it over without saying anything, but you have to hand it over.

You obviously don't understand what Sov Cits do. Every one of them is following a literal script. Everything they do during one of these incidents is to photo enough evidence to enable them to file a lawsuit against any body or anything: the city, county, state, police dept, every individual law enforcement officer they talk to etc etc. SCs are notorious for filing frivolous lawsuits. That's why they alway yell about some kind of disability when arrested so the can add police brutality to their case. While it sounds stupid and is, there is a reason for everything they say. Never underestimate a SC. They are scammers, squatters and sometimes killers.

So he's going to have towing fees, will need to pay to get his car out of impound, traffic tickets, and possible legal fees. He's going to need to charge a lot for his time just to break even on this one. 🤡

In 50 + years of contracting I can honestly say ; In all of these SovCit videos I have never , ever heard of an officer trying to form a contract with a person who does not have any clue of what a contract is . As well police , po po , 5 - 0 , the law whatever you call it enforces laws , basically . But it can get complicated . By job description they are not " contractors" .

Mike, I was an officer in Boulder, Colorado back in the day. I was called to a man's home about a cold burglary. We were very busy that day, so his call was not priority and it was two hours before I arrived. He was complaining, and very loud. The city had printed in the newspaper that it cost citizens .08 cents a day for police protection. I reached into my pocket, found a dime and gave it to the man. I told him he was now refunded for the day. He actually took the dime and calmed down and I took the report. LOL

I am pretty sure you can call your attorney and request he come to your traffic stop. I am also fairly confident that if he is a real attorney he will tell you to do what the nice officer says! He can't even correctly say who's going to be charges for what. As to the car, I think it's a Tonka Toy, full size! :)
