Having dealt with a lot of Federal CSO's they are usually retired law enforcement and those (typically) seasoned law enforcement officers DON't PLAY or like jerks. They have seen it all, heard it all, and people like this gentleman really raise their ire. From their tone, I had a feeling how this was going to turn out.

In the first clip, the CSO's know he's recording on a GoPro, or some other camera, which is what they tell him is prohibited by court order. That's his beard that keeps coming into frame, so it had to have been attached to his necktie up by the knot.
