Hi Mike! I just watched this older play list on your channel, and laughed my butt off at "Sovereign Citizens Estimated Argument" portion of the last video. That was SO funny! You should use that when there are videos where the mike is turned off and the SC is yelling into the abyss. Angry Cops does something similar, but it's "Make This a Meme" where he posts a funny picture from a video, and asks people to put a comment under it, before his next video. Then he reads them out, and they're usually pretty funny.

What I find kind of funny is that he doesn't want to use his name in capital letters because it was given to him "without his consent", but he's quite happy to use the exact same name (with different punctuation) that was given to him by his parents....but was also surely issued without his consent. I'm pretty sure his parents named him before he was capable of giving consent. Their craziness fails to even be INTERNALLY consistent let alone consistent with any real law. Every SovCit court hearing should come with a mute button.

Good old Asher - lol. He had 5 charges - looked like 2 misdemeanors and 3 felonies. Within months of this arraignment he was in state prison - maybe he wised up and had a good public defender to get him a plea deal? When I first saw this video he was still in jail as there was no way he could make the $72K bail. I was pretty sure the judge set the bail that high so Asher could not get out - kind of a way of protecting whoever wanted the protection order but did not appear. He is eligible for a parole hearing in March.

There's a moment with the second guy, where you can just see the disappointment on his face. He HONESTLY thought he was going to run this spiel past the judge and the judge was going to say "Oh, well then I guess you're free to go." And when it didn't happen it's like that kid who got nothing on Christmas. But, he quickly decides to double down and just get nutty with it.

I take it a large majority of judges love it when they have a sov before them. On the outside they have a straight face on the inside they're celebrating the sov and they're jumping up and down. Sorta like an ER/urgent care doc when they have an abscess they get to "play" with. My new neighbor is an urgent care doc and she said about 3/4 of all of them are actually excited to see a patient file that says "abscess" logged in to it. The minute you hear "I challenge jurisdiction" or "I am not the person....", you need to talk over the top of them, sentence them and move on. Okay, if I understand correctly you're saying because you have discretion to pitch cases as a prosecutor you can't prove that's why the conviction rate is so high? Regardless, my comment was to stress sovereign citizens or anyone representing themselves in propia persona never really lose or fail or get owned in court as long as judicial immunity is on the table. It's a catchall that hinders victory in these lower courts. This is where most people start a personal foray into the defense of oneself. If judges are punished at all for misconduct it is a very mild standard of punishment from the judicial body that governs judges conduct.
