I was a bailiff in the Maryland court system for several years. That thing that guy is holding would NEVER have been allowed in any courtroom I worked in. A right to "not have my forward progress impeded?" It is shocking to me that any reasonable person would think such a right exists somewhere. Obviously, these people are not reasonable.

Well it exists, but on foot. Maybe by horse in the right areas. Constitution was written long before motor vehicles lol. So yes absolutely he can travel anywhere. But if doing so in a motor vehicle on public roads, he needs a license.

I lived in Hawaii for 15 years. When I moved there in 1975, there were only 5600 purebred Hawaiians left, and the number was rapidly dwindling. I always have to laugh when some one claims they are Sovereign Hawaiians! Mr. Dennis is no more a Hawaiian, then I am!

I've actually debated with Dennis in the original channel. I was born and raised in Hawaii and told him its insulting that he would use the actual sovereign movement to try and get out of a ticket. In Hawaii there is a movement that has been going on for years to declare Hawaii a sovereign nation due to the imprisonment of our last queen and forcing her to sign the treaty umder threat of her people and her life. Now I don't agree with them but I do understand it. He said he meant no harm he is a peaceful man trying to fight for our rights. I also told him its insulting that he would use God as a means to get out of traffic ticket. If he was truly a man of God he would know that even Jesus said render unto God what is God's. Render on to Caesar what is Cesar's. He just kept playing the victim. He is a nut.

It's true that the Hawaiian govt was overthrown in a coup. Rather standard imperial fckery in that age. But that ship has sailed. There are about 7000 Native Hwwaiians left. No one is ever going to give them power over the millions of American citizens now residing there. Their ancestors couldn't defend themselves from mine. From their perspective, this sucks. But facts on the ground are facts on the ground.

In ANY country you enter, regardless of your religious beliefs or feelings, you're bound by any and all laws of that country. It's really that simple. Unless you're a DIPLOMAT, but even that doesn't give you unrestricted immunity. Still need a driver's license, for instance. And murder is definitely a no no.

You lock them up (and hopefully get them some mental help) and they'll either change their ways to avoid being locked up, or they'll keep being locked up. Does anybody in the world ever get a traffic ticket, allow a police search, go to jail or attend court (that includes the defendant, subpoenaed witnesses and the jury) other than under duress? My only offence ever was a parking ticket, when I gambled that I could nip to whatever shop it was, make my purchase, and then rush back to the car before a car park attendant turned up. I was wrong. I paid the fine the next day, since it would triple if I delayed. But I would rather not have had to pay anything, so I paid _under duress._
