In order to practice law, one must obtain an undergraduate degree, then attend law school, then pass a Bar exam in the relevant jurisdiction. Alternatively, one may obtain a hotel ice bucket, turn it upside down on one's head (being careful to empty it first), hold your right hand in the air, and prepare a word salad for the record.

The 6th Amendment grants you the right to a speedy trial, if you're holding up proceedings by acting like a jackass, asking stupid questions, and refusing to answer any then you are technically the one who is acting in violation of the Constitution.

We didn't attempt anything those idiots were speaking about. Within 3 minutes they made 6 claims that were impossible. This guy who we knew, thought he could take control of the courtroom. Talking about court is a ship, and if the judge goes in the back, he could say a couple things. Take control of the SHIP, and dismiss his case. Pretty sure he did 4 years. He was a hostage! You proved to me that you had a sufficient understanding of the applicable law and of these proceedings to competently act as your own counsel and then did everything you could think of to prove us both laughably wrong in that assessment. I take it back, don't like it, appeal. I'm not even the trial judge for this clown show.

Has a single SC ever won using one of these ridiculous tactics? Ever? Has a Judge ever said,,, "wait a sec, I think you're on to something,,,You have a brilliant legal mind,,,, Case dismissed,,,, You the individual, may travel on, freely, unencumbered, in your private vessel, go forth and prosper" ????

@@mircat28 I didn’t say he was crazy, I pointed out the law that allows a judge to determine that a defendant is incompetent to represent themselves.
