This guy gets paid monthly by his patreon at this point to stream exclusively on twitch. And I bet people also donate to his streams on top of it. And if he is producing youtube content, that inexplicably takes over half a year to create, I bet that video is "not worth"... 5061$ a month.
@TheLastWardo Жыл бұрын
@@TrojenMonkey Bruh that comment was a joke. Editing is his 9-5, and he's incredibly communicative on what he's working on and why this one is taking so long (it's gonna be a several hour and multi-part video essay on The Forest). Plus the idea that for an editor to make $5061 a month isn't worth whatever video this will result in is such a ignorant perspective to have. This isn't a hobby of his, editing is what he does for a living (though technically he's not just an editor cause he writes, produces, directs (etc) these all himself). Sure the twitch subs add to that, but give the man a break. He's creating something out of passion and is giving it the time and attention he thinks it deserves. The only reason why you think he "exclusively streams on twitch" is because that's all you see with your own individual eyes. You're not considering his own human life outside all this. He's making art and entertainment, a service for YOU. Who cares how long it takes? Stop staring at the shadows and turn around my dude.

See, the reason 'Horsecock' is included in the translations, is because as any Norwegian can tell you, unless you know about the intricacies of the usage of horsecock, you'll just assume it is an insult, but really anyone from the north of Norway uses 'horsecock' like a term of endearment to their near friends, as well as an insult to their worst enemies, as well as a neutral term to describe anyone. It's like your friend calling you 'fuck-face' in english. You know he's saying it as a means of endearment, but it is fully capable of being used to insult an enemy. Another fun one from northern norway: 'Ka kuken?', literally "What cock?", meaning "What's going on (with you, you cock)?", another term with traditional swearing elements that can be used in even a formal setting up north. North-Norwegians simply swear like norwegian sailors, as a fact of life. Other fun intricacies of Norwegian, Some South-western Norwegians can ask "Ka e u?" (using english phoneme: Kah eh oo) Literally "What's she?", meaning "What's the time?" Some Eastern Norwegians can say something is "Ille bra!" (don't know how to phoneme this) Literally "Bad good!", meaning "Really good!"
@grafvonscyth29282 жыл бұрын
