For this recipe you will need:
3 chicken Legs
vegetable oil to fry chicken
Mix in a bowl:
1-2 tbsp of dark soya sauce
1 tsp five spice powder
1/2/ tsp white sugar
2 tsp sesame seed oil
1/2 tsp hot chilli powder (optional)
1/2 tsp salt
Marinate for 30 mins -1 hour or overnight for more flavour
Cook for 10 minutes on each side
Let cool on a wire rack before cutting into pieces
