Eminem has had depression and mental issues it runs in his family. He has a couple suicides in immediate family plus he stated numerous times he would of done the same if it wasn't for his daughter. So i believe thats why at times his thoughts are deep. His only friend and close cousin/uncle committed suicide over a girl (i believe Ronnie is his name) i love this song and also found it recently actually notice it through someone else's reaction video.

This song is on his Recovery album. Released 2010. And actually he makes a lot of songs like these. I guess more so these days being he's older & more mature now.
