What are all the class ranks in PVP named for space marines? I know Lieutenant is level 6 but i dont know anything past that

Are there any advantages to the bolt rifle over the plasma gun?

Bolters are basically hitscan up to medium range so they are more reliabe vs moving targets while rewarding better aim. Plasma is good for close quarter fighting and stationary targets but suck vs dodging and require prediction/luck to land shots. Edit: Plasma can also surprise unaware people with charged attack + lights and before they realise it they are dead.
