When I was very small, old Shep was one of the 1st 45s that we had. I would play it over and over on our blue record player. It would make me sad but I loved it.

Thank you Billy!!! My brother, still fairly young, shockingly just had a brain aneurysm - which, of course - impacts so many in the family, in so many ways, and also makes one take stock of their own life, as well. And given my position in the family, there's been so, so much to do, especially as Dan was away on family vacation in Hawaii at such time of the tragedy, with there being bills to be paid here, etc. Also, everyone's prayers would be much appreciated, while I write really only to tell you how much being able to sit down and enjoy these videos, in my sparse free time, of late, means to me. As between my strong Christian faith and what you do here to bring a little sunshine and levity into my life, is very much helpful. While I've always believed God works through people, so thank you so much - like Elvis - for the pure, wholesome happiness you're bringing into others' lives and might not even have ever know it, or at least the depth of the impact, sometimes. Something I'd like you to always keep in mind, my friend. When as a way to try and help you with subscriptions and because of what I do (christophertyler.workfolio.com/), I'm tied in politically with some fairly well known people and actually administer various groups on Facebook and other places for them. When all told, I probably have near 250,000 members in all the various groups, together, and I began dropping your links into a few of the rooms about two (2) weeks ago. With this being one of the smaller groups I run, though I believe we have at least 5,000 - 6,000 members, here, and I think you might also enjoy being a member: facebook.com/groups/1592686077461605/requests/ As this is the 'First Official Candace Owens Fan Club,' and if not familiar with her, she is both my friend and beautiful and very smart, young lady who has made quite a splash in Conservative politics, this past year, now having over 1 million Twitter followers which serves as an example of her growing appeal. We connected when she first started out on KZbin, when now, too, she also hosts the Candace Owens Show, weekly each Sunday on KZbin, brought to you by Prager University. So, anyway, feel free to join us in the group made mention of, while I will continue as time allows, to drop links to your channel in other various and sundry groups in the hopes of helping you continue to gain more and more subscribers. All faith in God and best wishes to you my friend. You truly are appreciated and don't you ever forget it! Your faithful friend ~ Chris

Thanks again, Billy!! I had seen the guitar before, but had NOT seen the velvet shirt. That is really cool!! On my first-ever tour of Graceland in 1987, Aunt Delta was still living there, and while I was in the carport she took her dog for a walk past our group. Neat to see her.

I think Gladys made a GREAT INVESTMENT. On getting that guitar for little ELVIS PRESLEY. I just wished Gladys could have lived to see how many lives Elvis Presley had touched spiritually. But I'm sure she was in Heaven cheering her baby on. Elvis Presley was always T.C.B. AND STILL TODAY T.C.B. Thanks for the video. God bless you and be careful.

I agree with that lady you were talking to , God had a plain for Elvis . These are such great stories. I know Mr. Moss is so glad to have Elvis' first guitar and the shirt , but you would think Lisa would've wanted those , so she could hand them down to her children and grandchildren . I also love the stories that BoBo's grandson shared . That's so awesome that he has the original door knob from the house where Elvis was born . Thank you so much Spa Guy for sharing this great video . Love it !!

First off, that opening shot from The Glory sent chills. Then downright goosebumps from the sight of the velvet shirt and guitar, which is undoubtedly the same one Elvis played in the stairwell at Lauderdale, the talent contest at Humes, and the same one he had that fateful day when he walked into Memphis Recording Service. A few months ago, you did an excellent video on his early guitars, and if Elvis Presley had another one in the interim it would've surfaced by now. Question is, which one is his second guitar? Also interesting is the fact that I'm hearing Natalie had the shirt made for E when for years they said it was Gladys; in fact, I believe it's stated as such in This is Elvis. But I doubt very seriously that Gladys had somebody at Metro make the shirt. Another reason why -- YOU ARE THE MAN! TCB

Wow, I would have LOVED THAT. Yeah there are so many different books from everyone that knew him. I have always thought of that. I wonder what Elvis Presley thought about everything. I always wonder the real truth about himself. Because there was so many story told. We don't know if they was telling the truth.

I really enjoy the way you Portray the true facts on Elvis’s biography @Spa-guy , it keeps me watching for more... also this has lead me to believe maybe Elvis not getting the gun that day... is maybe why he developed a grater infatuation for guns latter on in life 🤔... I’m sure every time he held a gun in his hands afterwards from then on, was a grate reminder to him of that day !

At 1:10 there is a picture of young Elvis, Gladis and Mr. Bobo, with Elvis sitting on a chair with his guitar. That picture isn't real is it? If it's real that would be some picture. No one was there with a camera at the right time in the day and age when cameras were not usually handy, taking a picture of the yet unknown Elvis as a boy, were they?

Such amazing artifacts!! I'm right with there with the one fan, "very emotional". I was there in Nov but these items were not displayed. But I certainly loved the store and the story as told by the guide. Bought some Tupelo Hardware guitar picks & T-shirt. There is also an "X" on the floor where little Elvis stood. Wonderful video Billy, can't wait for part 2. I saw the red velvet shirt being auctioned off a few months ago (looked like the bottom was cut) Do you know who taped the guitar together or how it came to be in its current condition?
