Good on your mate I agree what you said about burgers being simple incorrect. If you go to an Italian delicatessen and get a Panini they’re putting in grated carrot lettuce. All you need is the proper Italian bread, the mixed meat the mellazani and a bit of cheese that’s it. They’re loading em up with over ripe tomatoes all sorts of shit The reason being is when they came out to Australia Australians thought we were being ripped off if it didn’t have lettuce tomato and carrot in it, but it ruins it It ruins the taste Proper and simple ingredients. You are absolutely right.
