At 0:50, i noticed that you dont know the name of this move its called straight bar maltese elevation. when you do this on the floor its just maltese elevation. To recognise it its when the athlete gets into a maltese from a surface without bending the arms. edit: also nico didnt do a normal entrada, he did a straight arm entrada or nakayama entrada on high bar

If you do power dynamics and after that statics you only need to hold it for 2 sec. Without power dynamics it’s 3 sec
