I catch my own salmon so I eat a lot of salmon. So for me there's no such thing as to many salmon recipes. This recipe is uniquely different and I really like that. I also see so many variations that can be done with it. Have a great new year. 😀

I made this for tea tonight, it was absolutely delicious. I've made quite a few recipes from Spain on a Fork but this has been the best. I used water not stock / broth per instructions. For anybody reading this in the UK (where floury potatoes tend to dominate) I used Albert Bartlett Butter Gold potatoes which kept their shape well.

I always seem to get a white fatty goo developing, no matter how I cook salmon. I didn’t see any in this dish. Why is this ?
