The RF04 - Valkyrie is the single most deadly vessel I have ever built, it has more armor that you can shake a stick at and more turrets than my entire fleet combined. It is ridiculous!
The amount of resources, luck and grinding required to spawn this thing in legitimately can only be achieved by the most hardy and determined survivors, the real question is, is it worth it?

the ship cannot have more then 10 quantum CPU's but you can now have 10 auxiliary cores also LOL you did not add an antimatter tank for use in the jump

Wow! Beautiful build! Love the name! In Norse mythology, the Valkyries are goddesses that ride winged horses above the battlefield and decide who lives and dies, so very appropriate choice.

Wow Spanj, Ya out did yourself on this one, Kudos. I spawned it in and did upgrading......plated the front end, upgraded some turrets, put the warp drive in, put the shield generator in. I was planning to put grow plots in when i got time.....This is a BEAST!!!!!!

this is one of the most beautiful ships I have ever seen, the attention to detail is second to none using what the game makes available. I really wish I could design ships as beautiful as this and 'realistic' looking in design and function. It would take me at least a year to take it apart and learn from and build something inspired by it.

That was a amazing outcome. You took a fleet and a troublesome POI in one run. I remember the let's play against just the POI and it wrecked your CV. You won, but that was all the CV could handle. Nice build. Ridiculously expensive, but a really nice build. And I like the look. Enjoyed this boss. Good job.

When I SAW that monstrosity of a Valkyrie, I knew the Tov stood not a chance in hell lol. I think you would eat a Corrupted Tov for lunch too. I usually go hullside and just eat at the gens for a relatively fast kill. But under normal circumstances a Tov is a hard challenge for most single vessels. You sir, may have tipped the balance of power in the galaxy!

I'm pretty sure you could core that Dreadnought in a minute or so if you actually went for the core. If you get top down on him, you fire your guns right in the cross section and you just have to bore through a few levels of armor to core the bastard. You get to keep all the guns on the ship as well as not having to slug it out with him.

I try not to core it. LOTS of CPUs there, and some good loot right in that area. Destroying the gens actually seems to save a lot of the loot boxes around those areas too.

Impressive, love your builds and videos! Hope we can get more must have blueprints videos, maybe a starter level edition? Sifting through the workshop is tough work and new players need all the help they can get! Learned alot from your lets play videos, but im always scraping by on resources. I really wish workshop had more categories to choose from like short/warp drive capable and that kinda stuff its overwhelming for a new player trying to find a ship that fits their needs. Trying to get my bearings in the game before i start making my own stuff, and the must have blueprints videos i cant get enough of.

TBH I've effectively given up on Empyrion, but still love to watch Spanj doing his thing. This video exhibits an awesome degree of skill & knowledge, though this type of size of vessel is WAY too big for the kind of game I like to play. Nevertheless, I think I favour this build over all your others as I really liked the perversely nice design. I think this degree of complexity and sheer size turns the game into more of a career - to spend weeks to acquire the raw materials and keep repairing it after one mission shreds it in less than an hour. Interesting to see this done solo, as I kept thinking a fleet of your mates would be fun, but, again, never really managed to get in amongst a team set up that had everybody at the same sort of level as myself, so I basically played solo forever in favour of not being the lowest monkey on the tree - or waiting for buddies to catch up to my level. What I'd like to see in Empyrion is the facility to send your own robotic ships out to fight for you as a fleet of 'drones' (I suppose). Anyway, great entertainment and, as always, I salute your talents as a builder, warrior and presenter.

In my opinion this is your best work. She's functional and beautifully spartan. I think any navy would be proud to have her. :) Was your shield generation system bugged after your massacre of the enemy ships? I noticed you were at something like 51.3% as you headed towards the mining facility, and the shield was not charging. Also, I saw no charge after the final battle was over.

Bastion charges very slowly, plus uses more pentaxid thus him running out. This will hopefully be less of an issue once Ravien gets the antimatter tank boosted for RE.

28:21 I think your pentaxid tank was empty after the first battle. Your shield wasnt recharging even before you engaged the POI. What does 0278 on the back mean?

Not sure if he ran out or if the tank got destroyed. Later (I know he took a lot more damage) he couldn't buy pentaxid from the vendor which leads me to believe the tank itself went bye bye.

The tank did run out, those Bastion shield generators are hungry. 027B is just a random number I put on the back as maintenance points for the engineering section.

Nice boat sir! I noticed ur artillery cannons have the same icon as the rocket launchers in ur hotbar. I have the same issue on a ship I built. Is this going to be fixed? On another note, I find it better to target only generators on targets.(especially tovera as all the turrets on the ass are "heavy" which can be deconstructed into large turret upgrade kits). Still a God job wrecking that Dread👍

I think Vermillion has this fixed in his next update to Reforged Galaxy. I find targeting generators for tough buggers like these ends up in more damage to you because they stay at full weapons power for longer

Minigun turrets stun drones? Could I get a double-check on this, please? All these little buffs amd bonus damages of specific turrets against certain targrts don't seem to be recorded via the in-game tooltip. I stand by my experience of having overlooked something, though.

afaik, gat turrets will cause a drone to spin around, stop or even just slow down for a moment allowing more powerful turrets to catch them. This is from Vermillion and others on the BE server although I have not "science'nt" it myself

One thing I don't understand about this ship is how do you get in and out when it's landed on a planet. The hangar bay door is so high that seems impossible to get off the ship safely with anything other than a small ship. Not sure how to park ground vehicles there too. Maybe I'm missing something, am I?

well thats the question. As it is, you would need to be able to get all the games items and resources to get this thing so you would apparently already have a capable fleet right? This is a vanity piece for sure, with this ship you can solo a Xen'uan carrier, it wouldn't be profitable but sure is fun
