Yeah.. I have one and the only kick I feel comfortable doing on it are crescent kicks. You have to be careful kicking the bar or else it could damage the mechanics of the spinning bar. It's designed for straight trajectory punches like jabs, crosses and hooks. Any impacts at an upward or downward angle would wreck it

Loved how he snook in a little Wing Chun in the middle of a combo. And that first spinning hook kick was a thing of beauty. The timing and accuracy was more or less flawless and he was just goofing around too. Such a good role model for up and coming martial artists
