I think the reason 18’s eyes are rolled back is because of where the camera is. I ASSUME her eyes are supposed to lock onto the camera’s position, but because the camera is so close and also a bit higher than normal, they look like they’re gone.

The reason they make Gohan's model look crazy like that for people who don't know is that Dragon Ball characters don't look right in 3D so if you zoomed in on his face without distorting the model it would look really weird and since you arw only ever going to see it from one angle it lets them make it look exactly like the shot in the anime, but with a 3D model.

Fun fact: in xenoverse 2 in the photo mode if you zoom in close enough on a characters face (my personal favorites are guldo pikkon or janemba) you can glitch past their skin and see their eyeballs, which if i remember correctly are either just squares or spheres. The title screen and the story select screen is really intensive compared to the rest of the game my GPU draws 120W and is fully utilized when in these scenes while during gameplay it uses about 60W or less and is 60FPS most of the times
