This is top level sparring. 2 true pros right here. Like Jeff says in the end, Natan is a more experienced fighter in addition to having the strength and heavier weight class, though Natan controlled his power and both fighters focused more on speed and technique rather than strength. Spinning heel kick def is my fav move the setups can be so unorthodox which prob just works better for my longer body But I like how the lightweight does it it’s truly levels to it

I see you guys really use all the time spent together!👍 Very-very high level light / semi contact sparring. Jeff, good to see that sometimes you find a partner who plays the game as you like it, but on the level that even you can learn from it. I knew Nathan previously only from his professional fights, but I think by taking part in this competition he did very good for his PR; he has proven himself to be very likable person.🙏🙇
