Thanks for the video memory. The stairs and sun/heat where tough, but it was the triple whammy of the weighted burpees/rope climb/7' wall that exhausted my reserves. I assume this was a late open category based upon the shadows and demographics. I think they changed the direction of the jerry can carry from the mourning age group runs when I did it. The weighted vests were too hard to put on imo.

Glad you liked the video!💪 Yes, this was the 10:00 A.M. heat and it was different from when I ran it Age Group at 8:30. Also, I couldn't agree more, the weighted burpee and rope climb combo was tough! And the vests could be replaced and I don't think many people would mind!

What was your finish time?

Finished the Age group run in about 57 minutes and then ran for the GoPro and took 1:02. This was my first Spartan Stadion race, so the specific stair running technique didn't start to come to me until later. Still a lot of fun out there!💥

I wasnt able to make this one because of work, but seems you got jipped with the USF loccer room vs the Bucs
