One thing I find interesting is how Team Guy had been split across the fields. 1. Tenten and Team 10 (Asuma) were in the same area a while ago. 2. Neji and Team 8 are in the same area. (Really wish they had better fights than against mere Zetsu grunts.) 3. Rock Lee is with Team Kakashi (including Sai but minus Naruto).

Well, I wouldn't say a normal tailed beast would crush it. Other than the stronger ones like the Nine tails or the Eight tails, I don't see most of them being so catastrophic to an army like this. At least the Shukaku, the Two tails and Three tails didn't seem nearly as strong in their complete form(granted the last one couldn't use its full power due to the lack of a jinchuriki).

Thats 28 tails in total inside that Gedo statue. And since they already explained by this point that, while in chakra cloak mode, even the jinchurriki's strength is amplified with each tail, that's a measure for how intense the situation is. However, all they really said was that it amplified the power of the tailed beast's chakra through the cloak. So if that's a measure similar to the tailed beasts themselves, and considering how powerful the beasts are on their own without that boost, the nine-tails may still have an ace in the hole. Only problem is, he's a prick. Somethin for u to think about

I love how no one even considered the very obvious here. Without Kabuto on his team, Obito never would have stood a single solitary chance. An entire army Zetsu were hardly a match for a single Genin, let alone an army of thousands of trained and hardened Chuunin, Jonin, and Kage. The allied forces were simply far too good. They set up an impenetrable and unstoppable network of information. Their coordination was next to none. Meanwhile, Obito had white Zetsu, ninja tools, and his own power. When it came down to it, he hardly stood a chance against Gai and Kakashi, let alone Naruto too. When the full force of the allied shinobi came down on him, he either would have tuck tail, or lost. It's through the implementation of the resurrection jutsu that powerful forces were added to Obito's team, and in turn, even Madara's return. Had Madara not been brought back by Kabuto, Obito never would have had anyone to bring back with the Rinnegan.

Anime-only stupidity at its' best: Kabuto *summoning out* his Reanimated puppets from their positions. Not just pulling them out, that's keeping up with Madara's strategy, but summoning them back. Now how he would put them back on their position? He would need somebody to summon them over there. This is especially stupid when it comes to Reanimated Kage, who spend an entire day WALKING, chasing after the 4th Division. They would waste another day to get back to their position.
