Good job guys, I think you were using the s2k IAT sensor which will read about 30 degrees hotter. You can replace it with a 37880-P05-A00 that will bolt up exactly the same and read correctly.

I bought R888R's for my track Miata based on your videos showing how good they were. I've literally always had cheap chinese tires on every single car I've owned, and I tried my tires out for the first time at Road Atlanta time attack. What a crazy level of grip, I've not experienced anything like that in a car yet. I'm hooked. 240 Looks great PT, so glad to see it finally running!

If you ever want to add some colour back to your intake pipe, can I make the suggestion that it would come out a lot better if you anodized it. It is very easy to do and inexpensive to set up. Also once you have an anodizing kit, you can anodize any titanium you wish. You should look into it. Thanks for the content guys 😀

Don't forget some thermal tape on the intake. No point of a cold air intake if it heats back up as soon as it gets in the engine bay.

Won't make any difference. Air flows through that intake so fast that the heat it can absorb in that time is negligible.

Running a CV (constant velocity) joint and a U-joint on the drive shaft? U-joint output rotational speed accelerates and decelerates if it is running at any angle... U-joints need to be run in out of phase pairs.

What do you think about the weight distribution in this car if converting to RWD? Would it be too nose heavy to be a good RWD car?

your 3/8 milwaukee isnt a fuel version, upgrade to the v2 fuel version and it has the same tq as your new 1/2" one

Speed academy,,,, please tell me the guys are NOT sand blasting the valve cover before powder coating? So many people on s2ki uk have ruined engines because of this as the sand is so hard to memove 100% due to the baffles,,,,,,,chemical paint removal only job.

mason8725 just have to clean it out really good yourself, I’ve done it on a DC5 and it’s still ripping tec. Plenty of water will wash it away.
