Mazda3 is a really underrated car. Glad to see you guys giving it some love! These kinds of builds are great because a lot of younger people have them as a first car, they see something like this, and suddenly they get into the hobby because they never realised that "normal" cars can be just as much fun as their more dedicated friend's Civic Si/BRZ/etc.

Love these types of videos. Regarding the LED lights it's important for people to buy the same size and location of the LED as the reflector housing was designed to reflect light a certain way. If you buy a LED replacement that is too long or too short or has the LED's in the wrong spot your headlight performance will be poor.

If you've got the time to get the parts delivered, I cannot recommend Corksport's short shifter and billet aluminum shift linkage bushings enough. I've got them in my 2018 Mazda 3, and it's the best purchase I've ever made. Incredibly positive shift feel, and I no longer bang into the gate on my way to fifth gear. Relatively inexpensive, only takes about an hour to install, and it completely changes the driving experience.

As a Mazda 3 owner, this video is a nice surprise! Mine is a 2018 sedan with the 2.0L manual (same engine from the ND1). I've replaced the steelies with 2008 MX-5 17"x7" wheels, summer tires, tein lowering springs, and a different shift knob. While the car was fun for what it is stock, now my 3 is a great alternative to my Miata. It handles great for fwd, shifting is fun, the engine feels potent, it feels light on its feet, and it no doubt has the Mazda spirit.

The grill chrome is considerably easier to black out if you remove the bumper and remove the chrome piece. I dipped mine and did it both in-place and off-car(deer took exception to my mazda), doing the extra work to remove it made the job easier and the results better. I am used to pulling bumpers so it took me less time to remove than to mask.

So glad you guys are back!! Some things I noticed that you guys don’t do that a lot of other channels do that helps low and continuity in the video: 1. When you finish a job preface what you are going to do next After every job. Like “Now that that we’ve finished installing the Front lip let’s move up above it and see what we have make the front of this car look even sweeter” OR “now that we’ve finished the front lip let’s move on to taking care of that chrome on the grill” You guys do it but not consistently and I causes some abrupt transitions. 2. Would you consider some background music, it would help unify the whole video and fills in those quiet moments where there is nothing to say like when drilling a hole. Great respect keep up the good work!

The SprintBooster is great. Added an intake and even the bigger Focus RS throttlebody to my Focus and it did improve throttle response a bit, but adding the SprintBooster made a night a d day difference. It's adjustable too so I found the perfect spot where I like it. Makes heel/toe downshifts way better too. I was never a fan of drive by wire throttles because they all seem to have that laggy response bit I'm glad there's a product that addresses it now.

She's got the model before this, upgraded with Mazda Speed 3 body bits and spoiler, has the stock 16" alloy wheels from the model in this video.
