The fear in his voices and action is evident. I haven't seen any of ministers in my country speaking to PM or president with such fear and hesitation. There must be something which Putin does to have such an fearful influence on spy who mostly fear no one.

Putin Himself is former spy boss. So, newbies will hesitate but not Putin.

Let it be known, that the fear in his voice is not the sound of a man who fears for his own life but the sound of a man who fears for his whole family.

He could just as well have said "go stand in the corner" and spy would have done that too. What a farce.
