The truth of the matter is the person asked Amogha lila a pointed specific question comparing our stance and vivekananda's stance in comparison. Amogha lila spoke from facts and evidenced Bhagavad Gita. The questioner brought up vivekananda he did not purposefully or randomly try to instigate any attack for no reason. It would be different then, if he brought up the subject deliberately to commit an attack. But the fact that she came to an iskcon temple looking for clarity and comparison of our stance, she should expect us to speak from our perspective. It would be ludicrous to suggest he say I don't know ask them. Vice versa if someone came to their math, it would be the same giving their perspective. Not everyone will agree in this world vegans muslims Christian etc and we should have tolerance hearing another perspective or else why come to an iskcon temple? This is intolerance to not wish to hear that missions perspective. I question who has intolerance for whom here? The social media then did its magic, making it sound like he says it several times jato mato... and in slow motion to make it sound ridiculing. The original shows he only said it twice and he said three times he would pay respects to that person 3 times, no one homed in on this. The regulative principles must not be compromised when we speak, otherwise we cannot show people how to come out of tamasic habits. As far as the mayavad aspect he spoke facts, that all paths cannot possibly lead to the same destination, evidenced from bhagavad gita. If certain community were hurt, a simple apology regarding nuances of expression would have been sufficient . They should be prepared to witness a dialogue of comparison of stance, where he gave her a choice whether to accept bhagavad gita or vivekananda, this choice means, this is our perspective, it's up to you now to either accept or not. Impersonalism will always come in different shapes and forms and again and again, it is and always and forever will be today's battle and relevant to boldly put the perspective forward. We cannot just say, that's Prabhupada's time but not relevant in today's context, therefore don't preach challenging mayavadism. The fact is srila Prabhupada spoke boldly on certain subjects to remove the cataract from persons eyes as spiritual master he had to. As followers I think it's best not to purposefully go out and seek arguments for the sake of it, but still if someone asks for comparison of stance it is ok to give it. I have heard srila Prabhupada do this, he does not whimsically criticize persons, or purposefully go out to seek an argument, but if the need arose to elevate people he did. Sometimes an operation is needed in a cataract, in the same way the eyes have to be purified through the shastra. I'm not wishing to challenge or offend anyone, just putting the ideas out there, you can disagree or agree but either way tolerance is needed to hear it. I hope this ban is lifted. We need to learn to defend our acharya, our stance, and be allowed to express our stance without backlash. Srila Prabhupada said the best and simplest way to preach is simply repeat unadulterated, the words of acharya and the parampara, whereby a person who has no realization even, can simply repeat, even he said like a parrot and give class authentically to our parampara. This way, you will be like Arjuna and act as instrument and not incur any karma certainly not punishing and banning. Jai srila Prabhupada.

Hare Krishna Prabhu, I've a question. Now everything is available and live streaming on internet how can we have insider to insider conversation? Another question is if a person is there in both insider to insider conversation and insider to outsider conversation then he may get confuse and find both conversation contradictory. How can we avoid that?

Hare Krishna parbhu, considering the world is becoming over sensitive due to social media etc and its trying to be politically correct. How far we can stretch because ppl can always find something to be offended by. For example if someone mischievously take Srila Prabhupada quotes on Gandhi etc and put it on internet? Would we apologize for it or defend it. If defend then why we wouldn't defend other preachers.

Thank you absolutely correct. If they come to an iskcon temple and specifically ask in comparison to other groups what is our stance, they should expect to hear our stance and no compromise on the 4 regulative principles. It is already on the internet much about Gandhi and his nefarious activities and many people don't agree with his life his stance etc but we don't go after them like a witch hunt and target them. Same with vivekananda, iskcon is not the only ones that disagree with hi, shankaracharyaji and others have said negative things on the internet about him and no one targetted him. There is much negative propaganda re srila Prabhupada too out there but have iskcon June after people like a witch hunt? No, as best we can we answer them in comments or make a video in response to defend our acharya. Amogha lila is not alone I have seen many others speaking to refute specific issues, a devotee in Canada also has done really nice videos to refute philosophical challenges, as regards certain groups like acharya prashant who attack iskcon and so they should be. Internet warfare is not our mood but if they attack core principles like 4 regs and mayavadis against personalism, we must put it out there the truth or else we will have people living in illusion regards the goal of life. There is much on the internet re iskcon having bogus parampara and our bhagavad gita not being bona fide. Should we ignore it all for political correctness. The hindu community caste brahmanas attack us on so many levels it is important we address these as they slander iskcon saying we are abrahamic and spreading christianized version not sanatan dharma, that we are being run by Jews that money is going to America srila Prabhupada had these accusations CIA etc in his time on the planet, so should we not address these in cultured way to refute these, not internet warfare as such, but but address those who directly call us out by name. It seems it is ok for these other groups to openly attack us by name, yet we cannot say anything to them, even if they come to an iskcon temple and purposefully ask pointed questions naming a group or person in opposition to iskcons stance.

As regards Gandhi srila Prabhupada audio quotes are on the internet you tube calling out Gandhis stance on so many things. I am grateful he was bold otherwise I would not be here. If he wasnt bold in addressing 4 regs I would be eating meat and dropping some coins in a donation box in a hindu temple and watching nonsense on TV and so many other things. He awakened me and saved me from being a hindu in name sake only and following nothing and if I listened to vivekananda I would definately be eating meat because that's all I would get from there and putting myself in delusion thinking I'm following a hodge podge dharmic path. I'm grateful srila Prabhupada spoke boldly and bhaktisiddhanta saraswati thakur was even more bold . Living in Bengal amongst these people he called them murgi mission. It is on the internet on vedabase. Srila Prabhupada told the Christians they are not following jesus commandment though shalt not kill. I'm ever grateful srila Prabhupada did not do any of it with malice but only for the good of humanity. Jay srila Prabhupada!

yes absolutely correct. Srila Prabhupada said you simply repeat the acharyas words that is sufficient. Just like Arjuna fighting on behalf of Krishna he gets no reaction acting as an instrument. Prabhupada encouraged us to simply repeat we are his instruments. Jai srila Prabhupada.

srila Prabhupada said you simply repeat the acharyas words not purposefully going out to pick arguments is counterproductive however whenever srila Prabhupada was faced with someone having pointed questions regarding our stance compared to others, and they bring up the name of the person they want to compare with, he never hesitated. It is on Vedabase his speaking to a professor who brings up ramkrishna mission wanting clarification if we are under the same umbrella as regards Bhagavad Gita, srila Prabhupada mentions they could not make a single devotee, pure in conduct actions and following 4 regulative principles according to Bhagavad Gita, as their goal was different.
