there is one german made motor that out clim s the brose and that is the Sach/BMZ rs. it has 112 Nm at low cadence, as low as 4o to 60 rpm's . i'm close to80 years old and can beat my 45 year old friend on his bosch cx on any hill .

This give me hope. I'm about to turn 54, and I am constantly doing the math in my head how much longer I have left. 5 years? 10 years maybe? I don't know, I get depressed thinking about it. I'm still in great shape now, with 1 knee replacement, and I feel great so I try not to worry. I met a guy last ride who was 68 and still kicking it. The one thing in life we will never get more of, is time.

Love mine! Trick with the dropper post cable is to pull the casing leaving the inner wire still in. Then run the new casing over the old inner cable. Once that’s in pull the old inner cable out and run the new one through the new casing 👍 Although I’ve eliminated all of that now by replacing with a reverb axs(also running axs derailleur as trying to go as wireless as possible in the cockpit) Still need to do my brakes and shox though so thanks for the tips on the V and E4’s 👍

All the components were swapped when the bike was new so they are all 1 year. The frame and motor etc was the main thing here but if you are referring to us testing an off the shelf spec then no this isnt that test. This is a test of my bike. Would be a good one though to keep everything stock! Thanks for the feedback

I agree! I love my 2029 Turbo Levo Comp. Got thousands of KM on it! Upgraded to Purple Hayes brakes, wider wheels (more stability). I agree with the cabling, so I went wireless AXS drivetrain and dropper. But all in all it is fun and bomber!

@BRINKUK

at 175 we would recommend the S3. S4 is pretty long and because the seat tube angle isnt that slack on the Levos it makes them feel pretty big when your seated. Would recommend trying one of course! Come in store and we can take you for a ride! Cheers, Mat

Ive been riding mine for about 6 months and i absolutely love it. i have been riding mountain bikes for over 30 years, and it jave had this much fun on a bike, in a very long time. Usually i would ride my DH bike at bike parks all summer, but now i got a Turbo Levo, i ride everywhere. When i first started riding i tried to explain it to people by telling them i jad to use my brakes on the climb. I am a turbo lover and love to ride in turbo. I wish it went faster, with more power. But one of the best things is the adjustability of the power. I can ride in full boost mode Trubo, or make it feel more natural like im pedaling a real bike, with a lil help. When im done a good ride, i am buzzing. I do a lot of good rides.

@@lionheart4552 I guess if you don't have a lot of money, you have to convince yourself EMTBs aren't worth it. All I know is that you can't buy the happiness I get from riding my Turbo Levo. You probably don't understand the joy of riding bikes either, and that's OK, not everyone does. As far as just riding a moto, I am buying one of those in a couple weeks. I'm getting a Surron Ultra Bee and the wife is getting the Light Bee. I can't ride e-moto's on the mountain bike trails I know and love, but I live in an area with plenty of moto trails. It's a different type of riding, but still a source of much fun.

This may be a small thing to some but I think the battery should be easier to remove. I want to be able to charge and store in climate controlled location to preserve battery life. My garage not climate controlled and battery is a major operation to remove or install for riding.

The levo battery removal is one of the easiest in our opinion. The 6mm allen key could be a QR system though. That would make it quick for sure!

@@BRINKUK I guess I will go to store and try it so I confirm the level of effort before I write-off as a bike option. Call me lazy but it’s all I can do to check tire pressure before I ride. If it’s a pain to remove battery after ride I will likely be leaving in 90 degree garage after ride rather than remove and bring inside to charge.

@@WandersonRC3 you wouldn't be able to handle a ride with me. If you're worried about watts and power while climbing, you ride for the wrong reasons. I ride faster, longer and father than I ever did. You don't have the technical skills to ride the type of terrain i ride, at the speeds I ride. I'm still pedaling, I just have an advantage. If you think using a motor is cheating because it makes it easier, than using suspension is cheating because it makes it easier. I've never ridden a bike for fitness. If riding a mountain bike was bad for my health, I would still ride. If all you want to do is focus on fitness, then stick to your road bike and brag about your watts and power on Strava. 😂

@@bryankaml3853 I'm loving the levo carbon. Build quality is really good and the motor feels great. I chose specialized due to their warranty and dealer network mainly. Keep an eye out for deals on the Levo Alloy Comp. That model has better parts and can be had for cheap in a few places. The base carbon costs similar but comes with a terrible fork and the brakes suck.
