hello Robert, stunning shots in 4K. the slow motion shots are also 4K or HD? I once tried the Panasonic 1500. I liked it but was greatly disapointed by the image quality at wide angle! a very soft, almost blurred image. perhaps it was related to that paricular camera? but I saw some similar comments on the internet. how is it with your camera? thank You Guy

Hello Guy, Thanks for your gracious comment. I have had to quit birding because of health problems (3 kinds of heart surgeries, 3 knee surgeries + nosocomial infection, 3 cases of COVID all in 12 months) and a wife who can no longer travel. Bummer. I just retired from 55 years of dentistry and thought I was going to really get to see some birds. The panasonic was disappointing in low light so I seldom used it back when I was shooting videos. The slow-motion videos are difficult … they require bright sunlight to get decent (1080 maybe) resolution. All slow-motion videos are shot on the Sony RX10iii or iv. You might like my video of Life In Slow Motion at kzbin.info/www/bejne/eZaYdmyDaa93pac . I also have a lot of 4K bird, butterfly, dragonfly etc videos on my channel. RobertCarpenter@robertecarpenter Blessin’s to you and yours Rob

Loved the birds! Especially the hummingbirds! I too am a bird photographer and I understand the effort it takes to get such good videos! I recently moved to Texas and have my own version of Common Birds in Texas. When you get time, do check it out! :) Loved this video. You have got a subscriber! :)
