That trick of putting the plastic paintbrush guard into the paint pot to keep it open is magic. I can't believe I've not seen anyone do it before.

Very refreshing to see a skilled painter either making mistakes and then fixing them or just painting outside the lines because it can be covered later. Many tutorials are so careful to not show those things, but tutorials like these feel much more realistic to actually follow :)

Great colour scheme. Will be shamelessly stealing this for my first guard regiment coming up (with some pistolier head swaps to represent Victorian era Redcoats). Love the simplicity of the scheme, and the use of contrasts to reduce the workload, great result. Also, quickly wanted to say, great filming/editing. The shots are great, good Timelapse use, and nice music selection. Keep it up 😊 and thanks for keeping things accessible.

Love this, the final result looks so good with so few steps and I love seeing someone not edit out all of the mistakes. My tyranids and GSC guys are taking a while with all the guys so looking forward to trying some of these with my kill teams for other factions as a bit of a break. Though now I want these guys as a kill team and I’ve already gone 50/50 on an into the dark box with my boyfriend and keeping the kroot. How many kill teams is too many? Asking for a friend.

Absolutely loving your new content Peachy. Have you considered getting some milk bottle tops and blu-tac? to be speed paint friendly painting handles , I find they take up less space and speed up the process.

You guys need to make your own brand of paints! Call them Phase Paints! First one: Altdorf Guard Red/Blue. Each time you put your brush in the pot, it's anyone's guess what colour it's gonna be!
