It is the most fun thing to do in Vegas. The instructors are there to help you drive the track safely. I would guess most drivers have little to no track experience. And driving a track one has never driven it is helpful to know where to start braking, where to start turn in, what line to take, etc. For me personally, most of the instructors give too much instruction, but I think they are taught to do this for people that have not driven on a track. It is very hard for me to hear them over the car so I kind of tune them out to some degree, Lol. With that said, they can be helpful. Once you have made 10 or so laps at the track I would prefer a little less talking while driving. Fyi, none of them want you taking the car to red line, generally asking for upshift about 1000 RPM below red line.

I dont remember. The car rental is so expensive the video is pretty reasonable in comparison. I recommend getting the video if you go
