If you have activated Invisible tuning, be careful that your phone battery does not die, otherwise the tuning on the display will not be activated and you will have to crawl home 25 km/h 🙂

Therefore, for these cases we recommend: In case of updating the software of your e-bike, uninstall SpeedBox from the e-bike first, update the software and reinstall SpeedBox. If you are going to visit the service, don't forget to uninstall SpeedBox from the motor first.

Hello, Thank you for your question. The SpeedBox is installed using a non-invasive method, simply by connecting it to the connectors. Therefore, it cannot damage the motor. SpeedBox removes the speed limiter but does not increase the motor's power on its own. Therefore, it does not cause overheating or similar issues. :)

Hi. Do you have a SyncDrive Pro motor and a RideControl Go controller? Did you activate with the WALK button, the limit 9.9 was displayed, but the e-bike did not go faster than 25 km/h? Try activation using the combination - + - + Or another option is to try setting a lower speed limit after activating the tuning (using + + + - - - and switching the WALK button), for example 50 km/h. @@布猫-g9c Hi. SyncDrvie Pro 2 may occasionally experience a complication. Try one last try. Set the max speed to 15 km/h and check if the engine shuts off at 15 km/h. If so, that's good. Then increase the max speed to e.g. 30 km/h, the chip should already work. If this does not work, we recommend a replacement. We currently estimate the launch of the new firmware within two months.

Got one fitted to PW-X3 and it rendered my motor useless after two months. The motor was replaced under the warranty. The new motor failed again with the same issue just after one month. Bike warranty invalidated as they know the chip was used. I contacted the manufacturer but no response, so I have to start a claim to get my money back…. Use at your own risk….
