Personally I don't see the point in cheating in a speedrun, same as I don't see why you would lie about getting a time in Dragster. It's an accomplishment that almost no one is going to be impressed by. All channels that you owned at the time of being banned, will all be banned. prahanormal is most likely right in this situation. He would've been close to a full ban, so to avoid this and start on a clean slate, he would've deleted the whole channel and started again. BtheDestroyer I don't think it's that they're not enforcing it. Most times when someone's creating a new channel and they've already been banned, they're committing fraud and pretending to be someone else. Which is also against KZbin's TOS. Side Of Jay is correct. Drama Alert is actually owned and operated under a different name. Keemstar is just the presenter. They'd found a loophole in the TOS.

We didn't start this, he did. He started it when he cheated in the speedrun and uploaded it to Speedrun.com. You can say it was a subscriber that uploaded it but Caveira asked GFC to analyse a second run (Still cheated by the way) which means he was more than happy with the first run being uploaded. Anyway, he cheated, got caught, lashed out and then he lost because he fucked with a valued member of our community. That's not to say only specific members of the community are more valuable than others, if it was somebody with a #16 time we'd defend them to the hilt so long as they are the wronged party. We could keep reporting his channels, we chose to stop kicking his wounds and give him a chance to recover. If he stays down and stops causing trouble. We won't put him down. AGAIN.

I'm not usually one for call outs but this is well done. You're not some angry hater complaining about nothing. There is a big issue you want to address and you present yourself well. I respect you as a creator and I think you did a good job here.
