Thanks for the info Speedy. Like Blackwoods Misfit said below, I too will begin my own R/T build soon. Learning a lot of good information and getting ideas from your channel.

1:16...😳Nice... Mrs.Speedy I have a set of ID 725 and ID 1000 that need to be checked and cleaned.. 3:20.. lol... Must be the Common answer for buying used injectors... the guy that I bought the ID 1000's from told me the same thing "going E85... they only have < 500 miles and needed to buy the 1600's"... They looked perfect.. and do work great though...

Very interesting on the bent connecting rods. I also agree on having the injectors inspected once a year or so . It's cheap insurance.

Thank you for the info on your fuel. I have heard a few different takes on using leaded fuel in the Hellcat but it sounds like you only use enough to get the octane to 110.

Anybody else likes how the 392 and supercharged 372 hemi starters sound like before the engine runs? The 392 has a classic starter sound and the supercharged 372 hemi starter sounds like a monster clearing its throat before the engine roars

I worked on my HC all day today. It will be on the dyno next week. Looking for a lowly 800 wheel.

Great Video Brother! Noticed your front windshields tinted and never noticed it before. She looks killer man. Have mine at 50% what is yours at?

No tiny on the windshield. Sides are 35% I think?

Another good one. Glad you eliminated the injectors. Looking more and like rod failure due to excessive RPMs.

Yep, that’s what you can expect when valve bouncing past designated factory red line using a recalibrated higher rev limiter setting.

Awesome Speedy《☆》Good move getting your injectors tested & cleaned :*: Very Cool seeing a bent rod :*: The Hemi rods must be right on the edge between light & strong :*: Hopefully the Redeye rods are strong enough & more consistently engineered🤓☻🤠

So far everything I've read about bent rods, they are caused by detonation or hydrolock just to name a couple. Same is true with burnt plugs. Just saying since you made a comment about it. Love your videos keep from coming.

What did u do with the 1050s?
@SpeedysGarage5 жыл бұрын
Never had 1050s. I bought these ID1000s used for a song and that's what I've always used since swapping pulleys.

@@SpeedysGarage You mentioned that Havoc sent you 1050X injectors (thought UPS lost the 1000s). I believe that is what they were referring too Speedy. I wondered the same.
@Bama_RTMF5 жыл бұрын
I think he means the 1050’s they bought for you when the package was lost. Like did you get them? Send them back? Etc
@SpeedysGarage5 жыл бұрын
The ID1000s were found before they shipped the 1050s.

@@SpeedysGarage I cant wait to see what she does on race gas cause I'm at the point I need to make a choice between race gas or e85

Did you notice any improvements having the injectors tested / serviced?
@SpeedysGarage4 жыл бұрын
No. The injectors needed a cleaning but flow tests before/after didn't indicate any fueling issues.

I would love to what GMG can do on E85. Feed him some corn dude!
@SpeedysGarage5 жыл бұрын
It'd be an expensive experiment. Dual pumps and new injectors probably $3K plus the tune. It'll run the same on the Renegade 109 race fuel I use but wish the race gas was $3 a gallon like E85.

Hay Speedy, I Have been using Boostane to get my octane up in my Hellcat.(easy to use) Have you heard of them? 😈

Yep I've played with it a bit just not sure about how it turns plugs and exhaust orange. Probably calves too

You run over 16psi on 93 octane? That doesnt seem safe. Unless you are pulling a bunch of timing.
@SpeedysGarage5 жыл бұрын
Ran 16psi on the old car for 9 years with 93. It's still going strong with the new owner.

I really wonder if these Hellcat rods can handle 1000 HP ?? Im thinking before i would try for 1000 HP i would feel better with a set that were gaurenteed for at least 1500 HP. Overkill is a good thing ...lol. 👍👍👍👍
