Wow, looks like this video was a lot of work especially making that disc to explore cutscenes work. Also the editing in this one was pure gold. 22:31 is the best part XD. It was really interesting to see how SA2's cutscenes were made, I actually appreciate these cutscenes even more than I did before because the developers seemed to have used a lot of tricks to make the cutscenes work but the end result is still amazing to this day. It's easier to animate Imagine that their timeline in whatever 1960 app they animated looked like this i.imgur.com/EeMcE0A.png While in the image sent it's not an extreme case, in other more complex animated stuff (aka SA2 cutscenes), the timeline just gets full of elements that are cut off on and on until it looks like this pbs.twimg.com/media/CoGm6RwUAAAhqBl.jpg It's seriously easier to just have all of them here, and change the Y position of the characters when a new scene occurs

I was gonna say "Boundary Break - Sonic Adventure 2 (The Good Edition)" in continuation of the last comment I made on this type of video, but, thinking about it, I can't really fault Shesez for not being able to do all of this. The amount of work required to pull this off is near insane, beyond most mortals, and nessesitated weeks of effort and research.
