The goal of this mod is to make it back to Base Camp from the Hundun fight. I played pretty slowly this run because I just wanted to get a completion on my first run past Tiamat. Now that I have a strategy, I might try to do a speedrun of this mod and upload it if it's good/entertaining enough. really cool! the scorpion dodge in tiamat was incredible. I'd love to see a no jetpack or vlad's cape run of this. not that this looked in any way easy but the jetpack took out some of the unique spice out of climbing upwards

Interesting! I wonder about a level gen mod that's curated specifically for this, i.e. makes it so you can always climb back up using chains, poles etc but still feels vanilla-ish Neo, Ice, and Dwelling would need some big adjustments though

I thought it would be funnier to kill her with the arrow of light. Using bombs would have definitely been faster/better, but it's not like this was a speedrun anyway.

@@Drone_21 Assassin Jiangshi can also drop spike shoes sometimes, a lot of enemies actually have really low rates of dropping goodies. Something like 1/1500 or worse
