Hey Spencer! Let's first start with a thank you: thank you for not only your review, but for sharing your honest, thorough feedback. It's important for companies, from start ups like us to industry titans, to take in as much feedback as possible to make what they do even better. We just wanted to take a moment to clarify some points in your review. Starting with blurry edges: our team poured a lot of time and effort behind the scenes into figuring out why a subset of our user base were having continuous issues despite adjusting their glasses and swapping out the nose pads. It all came down to variation in IPD. It's something our team is acutely aware of and were working on it. There may have been miscommunication in regard to Beam and it's current status. Beam is not being discontinued as it provides a lot of value to gamers and console users, plus developers, however we will shift more development and marketing resources to its successor once it reaches market. We appreciate you for highlighting the areas that need improvement while also shouting out the aspects that you enjoyed. We hope to earn your thumbs up in the future - there are a lot of exciting next gen things in the works (with some coming quite soon!).

I have the Xreal Air 2 pro. I've tried the Rayneo X2 and the latest Viture XR PRO. All of them have 1080 p with 120hz refresh rate. All three of them can project the screen in front of you without any additional accessories. And of all three AR glasses; the Xreal felt more comfortable to wear even when laying down sideways and the size of the Xreal didn't look weird when I wear them while you're out and about in the public and they pass as regular sunglasses (depending on the angle that others are looking at you from). Unlike the Viture XR PRO the weirdness factor is at the top of my chart. They're ok for small heads (because they feel like kids glasses when they're on my head) and the temples were uncomfortable for me when wearing them, the only Pros they got from me in myoptic adjustments built in, increased brightness, and a magnetic connection usb c cable. Without my prescription glasses there's Zero (#0) Blur in my experience. Rayneos did everything Xreal can do except it was brighter, but the comfort level and the sound quality was less than of the Xreal. And as far as sound quality; I rate the Xreal better than Rayneo X2 and Virtue XR PRO. While the Virtue XR PRO sounded slightly better than Xreal Air 2 Pro, but they were still too tiny for a real open ear experience. If was sitting close to a fan or my AC came on that sound from the Viture was drowned compared to Rayneo X2 and Xreal in my experience. I am having the Viture volume maxed out while on the Xreal.. the volume is at 70% and doesnt get drowned when the nearby fan or AC comes on. I agree with most people on the beam; they suck. but if you haven't already tried it. Go give it a shot. Even if you already bought one, I wouldn't hold high hopes for it either. If you can't anywhere to buy it from; did you try Amazon? I understand why you couldn't purchase the xbeam from Xreal because the last time I checked they're coming out with a new "X Beam 2 or Pro". So, I'd stay tuned for that info and in the meantime, I'm keeping my Xreal glasses, and I've already returned the xbeam. I'm going to say the reason why most are seeing blurry edges is because your frames have to be positioned perfectly for your eyes to see the whole picture including edges. Try different nose pads because all of them are malleable and when it fits just right, they're not blurry to me. I have prescription glasses on my xreal and they're perfect. before I purchased the prescription, I tested with the smallest pair of prescription glasses with thin temples that I had and wore the Xreal Air 2 pro over it and that's when I knew the edges are no longer blurry. So please to everyone who complains about blurriness get your eyes checked by an optometrist, if not then go buy yourself the Viture or Rokid they have myoptic adjustments built in that fits most people including prescription wearers. I cannot fully speak on Rokids as I've never wore them. But I hope this helps.

You’re the first person I’ve seen hang the viture xr pro and xreal pro. I see for the most part you recommend the xreal. For someone mainly gaming and wants the highest picture quality, which one would you recommend?
@Strictly4Defense
@Strictly4Defense 6 ай бұрын
@@ifherbowasntg548 Keep in mind all three brands glasses incorporate Sony’s panel so the display specs are far too similar to notice any difference on all three. I could probably say the Viture display looked smaller compared to Xreal air 2 pro and Rayneos X2 because the Rayneos advertised 220 inches the Xreal 330 in and the Viture 139 in can see why many complain about the edges being blurry screen is too big. That problem is solved with the Viture (with a caveat -you lose some screen real estate of course). if you want to game on it specifically for that purpose and without interruptions then I’ll probably go with the Viture because they don’t have proximity sensors in front of the glasses like Xreals and Rayneos do. This is not to bash the sensors they’re great idea if you take your glasses off during playback they’ll automatically turn off the panels or pause the video for you. The Viture don’t have that (although I wish it did) if you fall asleep while leaving your game or have a still/non moving picture I’ll worry more about screen burn ins when you wake up in the morning. So always make sure you set your display timeout settings short at the video source so that you risk less chance of that happening. The Viture also have the myoptic adjustments dials built in so you can make it personal to your liking. For most people like myself who wear prescription glasses everyday; wearing the Viture glasses didn’t require the prescriptions to use them and I kind of like that. Thanks to the myoptic adjustments; there’s zero blur and it’s also a contributing factor to making the panels crisp and clear in the AR space. I also find the Viture even more portable than the Xreal and easy to set up (thanks to the magnetic usb c cable) if I’m not using it and wear them above the brim of my hat no wires attached. But when I’m ready to go back into the AR space I simply slap the cable on and put them on my face. Otherwise any of the AR glasses will do. Rayneo X2 tend to be a budget friendly so if you’re not trying to hurt your wallet this option should be your first choice. The Xreal is the most expensive option. I got the Viture XR Pro with 10% off discount with my total coming down at $413.00 shipped using this coupon code LXZ-BO6JHXM. If you’re interested in getting yourself a pair here for the 10% discount loox.io/z/ZFW1jnTGs and you’ll get the HBO special (Help a Brother Out special).

The reason why its blurry around the corners is because the distance between the displays is not adjustable. The distance between the eyes is different for everyone. That is why some people love these and some don't. I just can't understand why the manufacturers don't make this adjustable. The Apple Vision has an automatic adjustment for this distance, but that is overkill and expensive. We just need a manual adjustment, that will fix the blurry text issues around the corners.

I got the air 2 ultras. I didn't get the beam because it says the ultras have 6dof (read: you can pin apps in certain places in space, instead of them just being in front of you all the time), and quite frankly I'm confused about what the beam does and doesn't do. I was also not clear on how it's supposed to project 3 1080p monitors when the resolution is just 1080p, but as Spencer said, it just cuts off the screens you're not looking at (actually when looking at the middle screen I can still see maybe 5-10% of the the other two screens, not sure what's going on there, but the rest of the screens are cut off). The thing that really bothered me though is how unstable it is. It just shakes a little bit every time I move my head. It recovers its position, but it's jarring. Imagine if your monitor was flimsy it rocked every time you moved your head. I'll try it again tomorrow, sometimes you just need to adjust these things, but I think I'll probably return these and wait for the next gen product when they can get the resolution to a better spot.

I experienced the exact same issue with text. I wanted to perform some console operations, but in the Console, all text starts from the left, and your prompt is usually at the bottom-left. I couldn’t see the text clearly-it was slightly blurry, and even worse, it looked like there were missing pixels. The text appeared as if I were looking through a chessboard but could only see through the light squares. These glasses are definitely NOT suitable for any kind of work.

Yes, I love the concept * USB-c monitor * 1080p 120Hz oled * perscription lenses * Discreet appearance (look like normal sunglasses) But the blurry text in the corners is a deal breaker. It does seem strange that they've made the display such a tiny fraction of the lenses. What would be amazing, obviously a big ask though, is 4k full size displays. So you can actually move your eyes to see different parts of the screen. My interest in them would be the ability to write code on the go.

You're absolutely right about the issue with the edges-I thought it was just me experiencing that issue, so it's reassuring to hear you mention it too. I also noticed that the inner lens of the Xreal Air is wider, which eliminates that problem. I’m curious as to why this feature was reduced in the newer models. Perhaps it was done to achieve a lighter weight, but it seems to have created a significant issue instead.

I had the same experience with the similar Viture product so I'm a subscriber to you now. It is so hard to find honesty like this in tech reviews. Everyone gives you that unboxing wow and overlooks the glaring flaws in the existing XR products. If you can barely see through the dark lenses then it's nothing like the AR experience they project in advertising. The products are neither immersive because of the outside light nor are they transparent. The compromise is the worst of both worlds. Style aside the visual experience they're trying to sell is better accomplished with a less expensive and much more capable Meta Quest 3. By the time you add all the accessories and dongles to these XR products they're twice the price of a Quest 3. If Apple improves the ergonomics, weight, and cost of the Vision Pro to under $2K I think they will have a hit as well. The upcoming AR product to watch is Meta's Orion glasses. Orion uses a fundamentally different projection lens than these XR products. Meta's Orion glasses have a 70 degree FoV; a huge leap ahead of everything in this category. And the lenses are actually transparent so you can interact with your surroundings. The available product that is probably best in this AR category today are the RayNeo X2s. However that product is not well supported, is limited in use and has an uncanny valley design as large glasses. It feels like this market is a couple of years away from that breakthrough "iphone" product that gets the design and execution just right.

When will they incorporate the beam into the glasses...
@mthusiastmedia9782
@mthusiastmedia9782 6 ай бұрын
Interesting take but absolutely correct or somewhat false depending on a persons expectation. If you try these, or any of the AR glasses out there, expecting an Apple Vision like experience, you're not going to find it. If you try these expecting a passive screen in your face, then it's not bad. I've had the original Airs and Beam since they came out and with low expectations, I'm content with them. With my head size and PD, I guess I'm lucky with fitment and viewing angles. I just ordered the Air 2 Pros (thus how I ended up on this video) so I wonder if I'll get the blurry edges but I didn't notice them with the old pair until I checked after watching this video. I'll dig deeper into that. As for usage and expectations. I travel a lot so I use them to work and watch movies on planes or throw up some extra monitors while away from my home office. Using the Nebula app on Mac is ok. It's one of those things you don't think about until you have to be critical of a product (like making a review). The field of view isn't natural so if you are using a triple monitor setup in Nebula, you wont have full peripheral view of the outer 2 screens while you stare at the center screen but is that a realistic expectation. You can adjust the field of view with the app to get just about all 3 screens in your FOV but then they are tiny. You can also adjust screen size by changing the virtual distance of the screen. Playing with distance and FOV I found a happy medium. In the end, Im doing the same thing I do with a physical triple monitor setup. Turning my head/body to see what's on one screen at a time. NOW I notice some edge blur or more like a ghosting. If I look at the corners of my desktop (with and without using the Nebula app) the icons in my dock or the date and time in the top right corner do appear to be "glowing". Best way to describe it. Never bothered me until today lol but now I cant unsee it. I think I have an average PD so nothing is cut off or illegible around the edges but on the very edge, things aren't super crisp. It's also worth mentioning that I wear prescription lenses and I'm using these glasses without the prescription inserts. The image through the Airs is much more legible without my prescription vs staring at my computer without my glasses on. I also have not cleaned them since I got them so that could be part of my issue. On to the Beam. Pretty limited but handy. If I just want to watch Netflix or Prime Video on a flight, it's cool. I don't have to kill my phone battery and it provides the additional viewing modes. I believe the slow head tracking mode Spencer is referring to is called steady follow which does eliminate micro jitters that definitely give me motion sickness after an hour. You can also pin the image in space, shrink it to Picture in Picture mode (which I do sometimes to watch content and work on a physical device at the same time as an augmented overlay), or lock it to your head movement. Thats it for the Beam though. 2 apps, a power bank, and display controls. It does get hot in your pocket, it does have a fan, and it has decent controls on it. You can also store files on it. If you expected more then it's not for you. For watching movies on the go, it's pretty good. If you want better options, the Rokid Station is Google TV and apps in your pocket. Viture also has the Neck Band that I just bought to go with my Air 2 Pros. This is a blend of an android device, power bank, file storage system, and light AR interface. They all get hot and the Neckband also has a noisy fan. I just think it offers more and it wont be heating up as much as the Beam suffocating in my pocket. Theres a Rokid Station 2 coming and a new Beam that both should be significant upgrades for AR experiences so we'll see. Overall, like Spencer said, if you like gadgets and have money to spend, all of these things are fun toys. That includes Apple Vision, although it's much more refined and immersive, it still isn't the floating hologram in your face that a lot of people think these glasses are. If you have realistic expectations and the right....head and eye profile for such things, they can be pretty useful.

To be fair the marketing materials from Xreal (but also other competitors) are such that they are the ones creating these expectations. Look at any marketing stuff and you'll see simulated images of gigantic screens or multiple screens pinned in space around the user. Like you say, the FOV is far more limited and you have to physically move your head to see the other virtual screens, but that's not how they are marketing it so IMO it's their fault and their fault only. They cannot advertise one thing, deliver another, and expect people to just pretend that it's fine.

I have the same issue with blurred vision. The issue is everyone faces are obviously different, but I don’t think they took into account how many people faces aren’t even. You may not notice but on eye may not be level with the other. You will need to pull one of the eye pieces really far. So basically you will make it adjust to your uneven face. Then you you can use the ear part to level it better. But even doing that. There will be so much pressure on the nose that you can’t wear it long periods comfortably. What they needed to do with this upgrade was make the lenses larger. This would help with uneven faces and the millions of different face shapes. Yeah it would cost a bit more. But if the glasses aren’t comfortable or it’s blurry what’s the point. But yeah. If you do that you can actually get a crystal clear view. But again. You won’t wear it for long.

You're right that once they can make it so that the mini OLED monitor whatever covers the entire glass section on both sides, the FOV will increase significantly. It must be technical/cost limitations because we can see that competitors like Rokid and Viture are using essentially the same technology. I guess the other issue is that even if such technology becomes available, it needs to be light enough that the form factor/comfort/wearability isn't impacted too much. Logically, it would make the eyeglass part of the package heavier so you'd have to add weight to the rear of the frame to counterbalance that.

Hello! Thank you for this video because I have a pair of RAYNEO Air 2 Smart glasses, pretty much the same concept as your glasses, and the very issues you are describing occurs with my glasses. It makes no sense to me that the viewing area is blurry in spite of being visible. As you said, move the glasses around to see the sides and corner stuff better, and only on one side at a time. This is one of those WTF were they thinking when designing these things? You are right the concept is also what I have been looking for, kind of. The glasses I have are absolutely are not what I expected given the hype! I would like to know what human model was used to fashion the eye pieces. An adjustable eyepiece would be a vast improvement in media viewing. Having to move the glasses around your eyes to get the best viewing angle is aggravating! Why can't I just put them on and see what is being offered without all of the hand face acrobatics? A bone conducting headphone is a better setup than the current setup with these types of mobile audio visual entertainment systems. Trying to hear thru these things requires an almost quiet surrounding! Not being able to hear what is being played thru the speakers, defeats the purpose of mobile entertainment. Good video!

I have Xreal Air (1) and honestly i think that all of these glasses are really useful for 1-2 scenarios: - playing computer games - watching movies I use glasses with Odin 2 / Ayaneo Geek 1S handhelds and for this usecase, it's actually great. I can be in bed, in the evening, my head, neck are resting and I can play computer games. To be fair, I would play strategy games, with tons of text, especially around the edges - like you said, with version 1, the screen is blurry around the corners. It's hmm frustrating a bit. Why ? Because if you move the glasses, it changes a bit, so you think that maybe if you position your glasses differnetly , put them on the nose loose, or tight that it'll fix - but nope ;) I wonder, some Viture model has correction, so there's no blurry edges (At least that's what i heard) ps. good, honest review. if I would buy it for productivity, my laptop or smartphone, I would say that this overall piece of tech is just not good enough. But if you want to watch Netflix, or play on Steam Deck then yea, it's not that bad. I mean at least Xreal Air - sometimes you can buy used one (almost new) rather cheap because well, a lot of people don't use them ;) Xreal Air 2 Pro - hmm it's just too expensive for gaming / movie device. It's a shame, i expected that they somehow fixed blurry edges.

I love mine, but this is in fact a niche product for niche use-cases for a niche consumer. It's definitely not a take down of a VR device. Fully agree with you on the blurred edges, but I've found that this is solved by pushing the nose piece to mould around your nose rather than just sit on it like regular sunglasses. They don't do a great job of onboarding you to the device either... As someone who takes frequent longhaul flights it's the perfect device, and there's almost no need for the beam when you have a phone with usb-c.... Ultimately it's a beta product that will lay the groundwork for the next wave of mass consumer tech, but for now it's purely for those that enjoy being ahead of the curve when it comes to tech capabilities and products, as well as a great device for people that travel a lot and work on the move.

I''ve bought the Xreal 1 without beam, and loved them. When the Pro 2 came out I bought it and a beam with it. I rarely use the beam not because its bad but because I only use it in the car. You see the feature I love with the beam is that you can put the screen in the corner, that and google maps up in my phone is perfect, out of the way heads up display for the car. My day to day use is on my PC or with my phone. On the PC I use a wireless mouse and keyboard and clam shell the laptop off to the side. I game, watch YT / movies, and work all with the glasses. I do not have the blurriness you described and can see the screen fairly well even with my old eyes (I wear 1.5 readers). A decent gaming monitor will run you about what the base glasses cost. It would be nice if there was a way to have no dimming it all. I wouldn't mind if the image was a bit washed out. Clear (or not as dim) lenses combined with the Beam would allow me to treat the glasses as an extra monitor without interfering too much with my view of the physical monitor. It sort of works now as long as I crank up the brightness of my monitor to compensate for the dimmer view through the Air. While the Beam helps, the Nebula software for Windows still isn't there to have a large virtual screen suitable for working. They company that can deliver a similar experience as a physical widescreen monitor will have my money. That being said, it is fun to watch a movie with the Air + Beam in a dark room.

I've had the original Nreal Air since they were released in Japan. I loved them and the concept of them, but the plastic gave out pretty early on since I got them. My pair finally bit the dust last week and I went with the Viture Pros due to their aluminum chassis. I prefer the style of the Xreal and was gunning for the Ultras but they took too long to market. That being said, I use them every day. Both companies need to make an all encompassing light filter, not just the clip on shield. I also would need a pair of glasses, not sunglasses. I drive at night for work. No, I don't watch videos and drive, but I've attempted to use them at night and it's possible just not convenient. You have to look through the very bottom of the lenses to see anything at night and with the line blocking the center of your vision like you mentioned in your critique, it's just too much. So my suggestion, for both Xreal and Viture, is clear lenses with the electrochromic dimmer, a plastic shield for a clear picture, and a full blackout visor for immersion. For Xreal specifically, they need to up the build quality. Aluminum, titanium, or carbon fiber. A sport version would be cool too but build quality needs to improve first.

Honestly I think a lot of your gripes have to do with your lifestyle and the tech you use. Not saying you don't have some points, but I have the original NReals and I upgraded to these just for the tinted glass bit really. I use them with my rog ally x laying in bed and on the plane with my S24 Ultra. Having Samsung Dex changes the game for these glasses. The phone turns into a trackpad for the glasses and when you touch a text field it pops up the keyboard, which you can see in your lower peripheral vision because they aren't goggle strapped to your face. I found I had to bend the nose bits out a lot and squish the glasses to my face to get my preferred viewing experience. Head shape, like with actual glasses matters quite a bit. I think the next step for all of these manufacturers is to have the ability to scale the image and adjust focus to match peoples vision and distance you need the glasses from your face.

Recently I've seen a tendency of staying on the surface on product reviews, I cannot trust people that aren't able to recognize and visibilize design trade offs..., thanks for sharing your perspective.

I really liked the idea of having a portable oled screen especially after using VR for a couple of years but for the price (€650 ~ $700 beam included) i can get something much better and higher resolution

I have these and have had them for months. I understand what you are saying about the field of view. But guess what its very similar to the field of view in the Apple Vision Pro as well. Its juat where technology is right now.

I feel like this is the issue with tech reviewers who aren't willing to spend their own money and only rely on the company to give out free reviews. If you think it needs the Beam, why not buy it? It's $200 and Amazon has a 30-Day return policy. It did what it's supposed to do . . . and that's your issue?
@SpencerScottPugh

That’s fair. I think my biggest issue is the tech itself just isn’t there yet. This product IS well made… the tech just isn’t as intuitive as it appears in theory. From what I’ve heard all the players in this market segment are fairly similar. It’s not as much a matter of build or functionality as it is execution and user experience. And it’s just not quite matching up with humans’ ability to visually perceive the world.

Further, the brand said they would send me the beam in our comms and then they didn’t, so that just kinda stunk since I do think it gets that UX a bit closer to the idealized version of this kind of AR

Me, an NREAL (old XREAL) Air 1 user: "Ayo wut, an Xreal Air review that doesn't talk about the 300" display marketing BS line they make their reviewers regurgitate?"

What I really appreciate this review and channel is how genuine, authentic and real you are. Tech reviewers like Marquees Brownlee are so fake and inauthentic, following a script with a really robotic gestures and also fake enthusiasm. With you it feels like you’re just talking from a grounded place and it makes your content more trustworthy and valuable. Hope your channel takes off soon. Please keep your natural manner! I’ve been looking at this product for a year and they look so interesting, but I can tell they haven’t crossed that gimmick uncanny valley. Thanks for confirming my impressions since I can’t take the paid shills seriously. I can forgive them for simply being a monitor and I am grateful for the industry pushing for the AR glasses to go mainstream, however I think it goes without saying that we simply need big players like Meta, Google and Apple to come along to make a AR wearable glasses that are undeniably good. What’s missing from the Meta glasses are these displays. If a company can give me these glasses with screens but also have an AI assistant that can see the world like the meta glasses or new Google glasses then i’m game. Too bad the new Google glasses and meta glasses don’t have the screen because I’d rather read than hear.

Personally I don't want any of the AI assistant or AR nonsense. I just want a pair of XR glasses that will throw up a couple of big virtual screens in front of me, so that I can sit outside on my laptop and work. I really don't need or want anything else. No other functionality. No standalone XR app or device. The only add-on device I've seen that looks cool is the Viture dock that allows you to connect two sets of glasses, meaning you could watch a movie/tv show together or play video games together with someone. I'll caveat that by saying that I don't have one and have no idea how/whether it works well.

I love the honesty, I used the Xreal air 1 with the beam last year and it was so bad I had to return them. I LOVE the idea and can’t wait for it to be done right but till then we will have to wait. Side note, beam overheats like crazy.

Thank you for an honest review. Specially about the light ingress and blurry image - these two things are deciding factors for me. I certainly would want the device to have a clear image and be able to use it for work.

*Thank you* for the honest review. This category of products seems to almost entirely have people on KZbin making fluffy, detail-less videos, aiming for short-term affiliate income. The issues you point out are things I'd expected would be issues, and yet none of the videos I've watched so far addressed them. I've subscribed, and look forward to watching your other videos.

i watched this wearing virtue xr glass no pro or the lite the originals version i guess same price better brightness but only 60hz the biggest problem i have with them is u cant adjust the sides or tint like the xreal and the apps are trash if u are using android or windows i have a samsung 24 dex works okay but skywalker only lets u update firmware and set trackpad or laser pointer and when i used the skywalker app off my laptop it would open let me choose 3 screen 1 screen 2 screens or ultarwide but once i choose one it would glitch out go back to the regular screen but no mouse would have to restart it try again never worked properly so stuck with just one screen and the costumer service is terrible i am considering returning these and going for the xreal 2 pro wish they had ai a camera herd they have a translator and gps feature but haven't been able to find it also can't complain too much as i did get these for a bargain $420 cad after taxes also wish i could minimaze the screen so i could see whats going on outside of the glasses but u have to buy a giant neckband thing for that ughh

I'm watching this right now on my xreal Pro 2 and I love these glasses. I don't understand why you do not like these glasses they're the best thing ever. I don't even use the beam and this thing is saving my eyesight I can read the text so clear and crisp As far as portability and image quality video quality it is the best thing right now on the market. I am one month into these glasses and I love them so much. It's not perfect but it's the best thing right now in the world

Some people just have not the best eyesight. They think they have 20/20 sometimes or their contacts are working, but they see things blurry still that are clear as ever to others. I realized a lot of “blurry edge” critics is a hit or miss in the real world. You might have the same blur concern as a reviewer or really they just don’t have the best vision, but because they don’t know that, they blame the hardware lol.

Been using my xreal air 2 for about a month. 1. It's not even close to 300" it's more like 120" screen 2. I have 4 different android devices, and it only works with one of them(Samsung with Samsung dex) Just because your device has USBC doesn't meat it will work. Doesn't work with my Google Pixel, or my OnePlus brand new phones. Had the get a Samsung Galaxy. You better buy a wireless magnet battery bank because it will drain the your battery in about 3 hours

Instant new sub here. This was a great review with honesty from a personal experience. It’s hard to find that. He was ALSO not overly negative, and didn’t let his impression of the item affect his judgment of the company as a whole. It’s very hard to separate yourself from things like that. But this guy did a fantastic job of distinguishing between the two. Now to go see what other reviews are here!

Its not your eyes. Its the fact that Air 2 Pro design is using smaller optics than former Air, projecting smaller image. In combination with no ability to adjust IPD on them, the sweet spot for clear picture viewing exists only for very small amount of people. Simply its a design fault and lack of proper testing by the manufacturer.

Still waiting for them to put Sonys 4K displays in those instead of the FHDs. And I miss most a much wider FoV. Together with the available 4K displays it would be amazing
