I just love you my dear. I am 82, all alone and having health problems. I am not in church where I love to be. I no longer drive due to eye problems that did not go so well. I plan to move to be near my only family , 2,000 miles away. I am sad but praise our loving savior for his birth. Blessings to you and Desi and you both must sing for us again.

You made me smile and laugh and tear up today! All good things. I'm 73 and at 70 my children decided to move to Nevada. I had no choice but to sell my house and move to be with them. My move was in the middle of covid and I could not get anyone to help me at all. I was in New Jersey and they were already in Nevada and if anyone had ever told me that I would be moving across the country, I would have thought that they were on drugs ! 🤣 Well, I am now here in Nevada, 3.5 years and I am finally feeling settled in my new little house. If it wasn't for my faith and my close relationship with God, I don't think I would have made it. Thank you for making me feel that there are many women out there with very similar experiences and FEELINGS like mine. Dezi is an angel and he is all yours. Thank you for sharing him with us. My mom mis 85 next year. Her motto “ you’ve got to keep going” Even tho sh waddle’s now walking she does it everyday. Thank you for being here every single week for us. I love your cinematography, your narration and your humor. Desi was hilarious. I had no idea he could sing! And no windows cracked for a three mile radius! Thank you for being open, honest, raw and real. I hear you on the love front. Divorced twice and always dating the 'he done me wrong song' guy .....I just had someone lay all his cards on the table and plan our whole future out. Which sounded like he had it all well planned and well thought out. My first instinct was, 'Run Forrest, Run!!!' He took my silence as rejection and attempted to sell me on what he figured were his good points...stable job of 24 years, owns his own home, kids grown and gone, he is financially stable with a six figure income, “you don't vave to worry about money”, I will protect you with my life. Wow! Who doesn't want all that? Well. I want my independence and I have my heart set on owning my very own home. It is very important to me that I see my name on the deed to my house that no one can ever take from me again. I have my own money and I don't need yours. Thank you. He said he needed help. He needs me to look after the dogs and I can live in his house for free...He even threw in that I could have my own room. Wait a minute. Did he want a relationship or a housekeeper cause I ain't going there sister! I have my own plans. I'd like to visit, but on my terms, and stay in a resort on my own. I love your house...it's a home and you've made it yours and it's beautiful. And I want the same for me. As a single mom of two I have been believing and declaring my own family home into existence for the past 30 years. God is the only one who can make a way. And based on visions and dreams I know he is about to open doors for me and make the impossible, possible. I am 66 and I know I am on the precipice of change..my butterly wings are drying and I am about to once again spread my wings and soar! Merry Christmas from Canada's west coast!

Oh my gosh, Susan! You are delightful, and wrapping it up with the duet with Desi was PERFECTION! You have come SO far, but when you said you didn’t understand why you were afraid of love, or something to that effect, my eyebrows shot up and I thought, “of course she’s afraid! Merry Christmas! Desi is the cutest thing. It really resonated with me when you said you didn’t feel happy for the last 20 years. My husband passed away from Parkinson’s a year ago and dealing with the effect of Parkinson’s on his body and mind was difficult. There is no cure, and the medication did very little to ease the suffering. He was a wonderful husband and father. I don’t think he ever said an unkind word to anyone, he was a true gentleman.

Merry Christmas Susan You look beautiful in your in your sparkling dress. I wear a bracelet from my girlfriends that says " Be Brave and Courageous: as my husband is battling cancer. The bracelet is from my dearest friends who can see and understand the struggle I'm facing. Thank God for my beautiful friends who hold me together. Always stay brave and Courageous . I have my dog Max who sings just like sweet Desi.
