Is meat curry powder- just aromatic ingredients: is there meat in it? I’m thinking the name just means to add to meat dishes- correct?

Hmmm I've never seen carrots in Chinese or Malay chicken curries in Singapore and Malaysia. This type of curries does not have a sweet element. Using evaporated milk is a lower fat option. Usually is 100% coconut milk.

Some families do add them in, most of the people that I know of that cook chicken curry do anyways. However, it is seldom seen sold in shops. Personally, I love to add carrots and potatoes in so to eat more vegetables. If I don’t want the sweetness, then I’ll omit it :) Cheers from Singapore ✌🏾

@@IamMixh ya it's more found in Japanese curries for the carrot and some type of Indian curries. Or Malay longtong or sayur lodeh (curry vegetables).

Do not buy the wok they sell, its a bad handle. i have had to pound my rivets two times the handle always comes loose.

I feel this dish belongs to be cooked in a casserole not in wok. Notice at 06:24 how the wok gets overloaded and hard to stir, give a like if you agree
