There are so many cooking channels on KZbin these days. I think what makes Maangchi's show so awesome and unique, is how much attention she pays to details😺 The organization of the ingredients, her cutting skills, the camera work, lighting, her genuine passion and sincerity for cooking, how she makes every recipe look so easy...10/10 points on all levels!! 👍Plus I love how adorably dressed up she gets for each episode 😋 get a cooking show already Maangchi!! 😄

So many good techniques here. I had forgotten the starch trick since last time I thumbs up. Using a strainer to remove deep fried items is super. I then use the strainer adding a coffee filter to drain the oil in a large bowl to use again.

If you can’t wait 1.5hr for the potato starch to sink down, you can try not stirring the starch after u add water. Slowly add in water so that the starch is not mix all over. Poke few hole using fork on the starch. Wait around 5 min for the starch to hydrate then pour away the water. This is for lazy ppl like me 🙊
My boss request this recipe in 2nd time haha 😄 gonna cook today thats why I took review. Thanks manggchi
