It’s just a regular sized cast iron with I think a 11 or 14” splatter screen!

You can absolutely cook all 4 at once. Your pan burnt the oil in half of it. It'll still get crispy edges, especially if you use lard, tallow or other high smoke point oil. Olive oil burns at a lower temp than most.

180° is way too far imo. I'd pull them at 155-160°° and let the carryover heat finish the rest. These look great though.

It’s dark meat. It doesn’t dry out like the breast. You can take them to 180-190 and it still won’t dry out.
