It sucks how marvel spiderman (2018) had such a fantastic story and dlc to transition the story and marvel spiderman 2 (2023) followed up with a good (?) Story and left no transition to work with for there next spidey related project. I liked marvel spiderman 2 (at least more than the average) but I wish they could've baked it a little longer so they could refine some story aspects and begin dlc work.

Those Fresh and fly suits are probably the ugliest things I have ever seen. So disappointed with the support for this game. Loved the base game, but many of the side quests were really bad. (Carnage one was cool though)

And still gta 5 and rdr2 felt incompleted with a lot of contents cut or left deep n game. 5h story was cut on rdr2 and gta 5 was filled with boring heist setups and finales counting as "missions". Theyre not part of the story or story missions at all. Story was very short but the finales felt better.

I'm currently replaying the game for the third time on the PS5. It's such a shame that the suit is locked on suit you actively choose in New Game+. I have Peters standard red/blue-suit, and when he gets the symbiote after being stabbed by Kraven, he turns into the same red/blue-suit when getting the symbiote. I think that's such a miss from Insomniac, why they couldn't have a 1st selected suit and 2nd selected suit specifically for those cutscenes where he gets the symbiote.

Feel like SP2 shortcomings comes from insomniac being stretched thing. Given huge budgets for so many games. Keeps them from making the best games with solid post launch support. Lack of DLC’s, less skins on top of a game that was already shorter and yet more ambitious than the first one feels like they never met the full potential of the game. Hope this doesn’t become a trend for them

whats most disappointing is not even the lack of paid DLC the game had, but the very simple quality of life updates that should've happened and been there since day one. - No natural passing of time - actual good side quests - crimes are extremely barebones - no proper mini games or TASKMASTER/Screwball style of challenges - all of the updates we got shoulda been there since day one -a lot more.

Man, this is a weird ass video. Basically “let’s read a list of patch notes for this game” like 6 minutes of a nothing burger. It also just highlights that there really wasn’t anything added to this game after the fact. The way this video started you’d think that added some “spiderman rouge like minigame” or something. Instead it’s suits from the first game, really weird looking collab suits, and accessibility features, that while being neat for those that need it, isn’t exactly something to pat yourself on the back for. It’s like after 6 months they were like “Look guys! We added subtitles! Aren’t you impressed??”

Honestly spider man 2018 was much better the story felt good and suits and even DLC they felt so connected to the story and made the whole experience amazing but spider man 2 felt weird and the story is so bad that they killed characters such as rhino off screen made it feel off and venom felt so rushed the story is about black suit but it was rushed it and side missions are not good too and man the suits are straight up cheeks , just the black suit alone we can have so many comics ones and at the end we didn’t get that the game was rushed
