Yeah. Though I do wish the bottom legs of the spider were shaped more like the two middle pairs, and the chains were more tightly bound on his forearms. Like a set of bracers made of chains

I agree, Spiderman's Venom suit is really cool in this. Since Venom was originally created by McFarlane who as you probably know also created Spawn, I think the chains are a call back to McFarlane and Spawns influence on the OG design of Venom.

A lot of things had lead to Venom War, Eddie Brock meeting Meridius, Dylan Brock discovering the Eventuality, and Carnage gaining full Godhood with the All -red, the Necrospear. I'm hyped to read Venom War, but I need to read Venom's History from the very beginning. From his debut in Secret Wars and Amazing Spider-Man, to Agent Venom, Venom Space Knight, Anti-Venom, Absolute Carnage, King in Black, Extreme Carnage, Carnage Reigns, End of Venomverse, all of the above.

I'm just hoping that if Eddie does get Venom back he's able to not lose himself to the darkness and become the hero who slayed Knull again. Maybe have him rock a new look that consists of him looking like classic Venom but with the spiked pauldrons from Knulls armor, with some armored bracers (maybe with the chains wrapped around them), some rigged looking thigh armor, a new spider emblem, and the All Black reshaped to look like the battle axe he used to kill Knull.

Been waiting on Variant Comics to cover this. I've already read these comics and watched Rob's video on Comics Explained, but I absolutely love and enjoy the way Arris or Tim can tell the story to better than I could. Looking forward to this winter or next spring when Variant covers the first 2 or 3 issues of Avengers vs Aliens. First issue is out and a banger. Saddley it is like a 1 comic every 3 to 4 months release cycle. Look forward to how y'all present and hype it because this Marvel multiverse/What If/Otherworlds story is starting off great. I as a 30yr long reader of X-Men comics and a huge fan of the Krako era that just ended for some silly editorial reason, I busted out laughing with joy with the X-Men response to Xenomorphs in this first issue. Edit: I adore and respect Rob for his knowledge of comic history and his knowledge of X-Men deep cuts has shocked and taught me more than my comic collection did.I watch Comics Explained to explain and give me a history lesson or explain something I didn't understand. Sometimes I just want the story read to me from a different perspective of a fellow comic fan. Arris and Tim have a more streamlined story presentation vs Rob's free flow. I LOVE/ENJOY BOTH CHANNELS, NOT SAYING ANYTHING BAD ABOUT EITHER CHANNEL!

So, basically Scorn? If you aren't aware, there was this little event called Carnage U.S.A., basically some medical company was trying to experiment with samples from the Carnage symbiote to help make better prosthetics, needless to say, didn't really go well cause freaking Carnage, duh. But it left behind an Offspring that basically was at one with the prosthetic it was spawned around with, as such it had no real distinction between Technology and itself, making it a sort of cyborg-symbiote on a level the Symbiotech's could wish they could compare to. Sadly didn't get used outside of that one event, or if so between its starting appearance and getting killed by Cleatus during the king in black event, I wouldn't know.

I am confused. I thought Eddie Brock realized he was the Eventuality and was a good guy? How did he go from realizing he was the King in Black and trying to stop Meridius to now he is at risk of becoming evil and taking over the world. Also, he is King in Black and is supposed to be equal to the Beyonder in power. I understand he is still learning but how is he not completely dominating every fight now?
