Two reasons 1. For a lot of young men, this scene is relatable. The tension and nervousness about hearing it from your date’s father 2. It’s more grounded. Far from home is great, if you nit pick a movie to death it’s really easy to come to hate it. Same thing can be said about most of the MCU movies but people just pick and choose which ones they want to be “flawed” these movies are literally all the same just with different hero’s in each franchise.

@@sergiomendoza4850 FAR FROM HOME WAS GREAT TO YOU???!!!!!HA HA!! 😆 🤣. I should thank you for making me laugh. That movie is such shit!!!! I don’t know what green you’re vamping but clearly you didn’t watch S.K. Comics review on the movie.
@sergiomendoza48502 жыл бұрын
@@voiceacticon667 correct I didn’t because I make for my own opinions on movies and I don’t need to watch a review to determine whether I liked something or not. And I especially don’t need validation for liking something just because some movie reviewer with a KZbin channel made a video about it, I don’t care that much.

Possibly my favorite version of a villain correctly deducing Spider-Man's identity in a live action movie, tho Norman figuring it out in Raimi's first Spider-Man film is pretty close.

Having Peter NOT realize that he's twenty times stronger than an unarmored Tooms and simply ram that gun up his nose really drives home Peter's inexperience and immaturity, and I love it. He has no idea what to do in this situation, so he just follows the lead of the adult, even if the adult is his enemy. The Peter from No Way Home would definitely reacted differently, and I love that, too. Marvel made some GREAT movies once upon a time.

Michael Keaton was the working class hero of this movie.

I just noticed an interesting Easter egg. The green light hitting the Vulture when he said “good ol‘ Spider-Man” had to be intentional foreshadowing. The comic rendition of the vulture is all green.

Peter Tingle didn't tingle. His tingle tingles only when it's convenient for the plot, it seems.

Before the final battle in FFH, his senses came and went because the output was too much for him to handle. He said in Civil War, his homemade Spider-Man mask helped him to harass his enhanced senses and made him focus. After that, it was consistent.

Yeah it's more implied that he's still getting used to some of the powers and his tingle grows more as he Ages

I love the how he gives a death-threat, then goes "Hey. I just saved your life." What a power flex. (I'm playing a sahuaghin-raised character in my next D&D campaign, and there's a problem player our DM has not been able to make behave or leave the group. My character won't respond well to his tendency for this player's "acting on behalf of the group" and doing something everyone else would've been opposed to. So when (hopefully "if", but let's be real here) he pulls something, my character will pull his character aside, and I will HEAVILY draw upon this scene, and I'm absolutely going to conclude by stealing that line.)

Keaton's Vulture is the perfect mix of antagonism, common sense, intellect, and nobility. He is breaking the law, but he has reasons for it, and although he would love to kill Peter right there, he acknowledges the act he could never repay of Peter saving his daughter's life. It is transactional, but wholly believable as a loving father who is still engaged in shady sh*t.

I still remember the first time the door opened and Adrian was standing there. Peters reaction was perfect, just confusion and concern. Went from being excited for a date, too scared for his life.

Brilliant use of lighting to really set the scary tone of the car ride. As soon as the dad found out the truth, that red light beamed on his face
