I'm calling it now: Nick Fury did not forget who Spiderman is, because he is "off planet" and the spell in the beginning of the movie stated "Everyone in the world forgot that Peter Parker is Spiderman" Since we never heard Strange say anything while incanting his spell, I'm just assuming it was the same as the first one.

Tobey was able to save Harry's dad and Andrew was able to save Peter's girlfriend. This movie didn't just redeem or give second chances to its villains but its heroes too. Just beautiful. Also the subtle reference to Toby's "back injury" was genius. Only Marvel can bring up an issue that almost got Maguire replaced by Jake Gyllenhaal.

He made it work with MJ, he was just chilling in casual clothes and offers great wisdom. Andrew seemed to abandon the Peter Parker and embraced the Spider-Man persona. He got dark, stopped pulling punches, and all that. Now, tom showed that he will work in the middle ground and understand the consequences of going to far on either side. It was poetic how much they added to the story. Plus Andrew’s redemption with saving MJ and Tobey being the one to stop Tom from killing the Goblin sounds pretty damn important to me

Watching this movie it was great to see all the spider guys together and learning from eachother! Also it reminded me of how epic the old villains were. I got goosebumps watching them on the big screen again!

@@jonbongjovi1869 Aunt May was not able to be saved, her wounds were to bad by the time he’d gotten anywhere she would have died and probably have been in crazy pain from all the swinging on the way

I see some people saying that Strange should have just let ppl forget what Mysterio said, but I think there’s a huge flaw with that; it’s the butterfly effect. The spell to alter memory does not alter the past, it simply removes all evidence of whatever you wish to remove. Removing Mysterios message would remove the source of information, but the effects of the information would still remain. People would still know that Peter is Spiderman, even though they wouldn’t know where that info came from. And after he was revealed, Peter openly strut around as Spidey in broad daylight, creating even more sources of information. And even if you removed ALL those sources of information, people would STILL know, because all you removed is the source, NOT the information itself, and the spell DOES NOT alter the past!

I loved the movie. When I first heard that they were bringing back the characters from the earlier movies, I thought it sounded kind of gimmicky. But when I saw the movie I thought it was extremely well done.

they flubbed the ending a bit. he should've gone to see MJ at her job....and SHE HAS A BOYFRIEND..... get it? NO WAY HOME. He's lost her forever. Having her STILL BE SINGLE is a lazy cheat. Had he walked in all excited to see her....and saw SHE'S MOVED ON WITH A NEW MAN....that would've slaughtered the audience.

@@jonbongjovi1869 I think you missed the point. His friends got into MIT. He looked up to see MJ still recovering from the injury she got helping him as spiderman. He realized that he needed to be spiderman and they needed to live their lives safe from him. IDK gave me a lot of feels. To each their own.

Why wasnt flash Thompson rejected from MIT after literally writing a book saying he is Peter's best friend? Yet MJ and Ned are rejected for that exact reason? Makes no sense. One of the many plot holes in the movie. It was definitely entertaining, but the plot was a complete mess
