I dont think its necessary an awful suit, but it needs some small changes, like he needs to hide his hair and have the hood up, and the blue is far too bright of a shade. Beyond that though I dont think its all that bad, its just that bright blue thats really throwing me off Just make the webbing white and the bright blue lines be a darker shade

The whole suit needs a redesign honestly. They should have just went with his default suit and added thinner neon blue stripes(bright blue accents can work honestly if done right) along with adding more red to the suit and the hood. Then maybe he could have worn subtler looking kicks on top of it. His dreadlocks can look good on an extra outfit, but considering this is a canon suit just, No(there are plenty logical and even political reasons to not do so). The evolved suit should have looked much better if they worked on the original and added subtler changes to it like they did with Peter's advanced suit. They made that huge white spider work in Peter's case, they can definitely pull off neon blue with mile's suit as well.
