Spiderman in Standard is a Mistake.

I remember the days of "Hey, did you hear ____ got new art?" but now it seems to be "What do you mean _____ doesn't have a showcase frame with alternate art?" My big concern for standard is just the size of the card pool. I think it's going to be larger than extended was.

Yeah don't get me wrong I love alt arts in commander, but standard it feels like too much. And yeah there's definitely about to be an overwhelming amount of cards around.

I think this is more of a problem of alt arts in general rather than UB specifically. You can run into similar with Pokémon with the multiple different arts. In fact I've seen some people intentionally run mismatching arts to throw off their opponets figuring out what's in discard or what they have seen.

Yeah that is a strategy and I'm not saying i care that much if others do it, I've just seen people het tilted and don't want to be the cause of that

@KaladeshExpress strategy or no it's not my pount. My point is It'll happen with or without UB. It's an alt art issue and not a UB issue, it just gets thrown at UB because it's the easiest to point to.
