I always liked the idea of a Powder Toy Puzzle Map, where if you put one singular pixel of one specific material somewhere on the map, you can cause a reaction, and the puzzle is figuring things out.

Wait, so does that command replace that single pixel of deuterium with millions of deuterium atoms? So technically you should be limiting how much you can do that based on the properties of metallic hydrogen divided in half, or roughly how much deuterium you could fit in a space. Yes this is probably both impractical and unnecessary analysis but I’m a little annoyed at deuterium being so crazy powerful based on incomplete modeling of its properties within the game, not really it’s fault but still

Challenge - Make a proton bomb without compressing the deuterium or using walls, cloning, or other cheaty methods. I’ve been trying to use deuterium to make neutrons, turn the neutrons into photons with glass, and shoot the photons through hydrogen to turn them into protons. Sadly, I haven’t been having much success bc the speed of light in this game is EXTREMELY slow! The shockwaves from the bomb destroy the glass and fuse the hydrogen before the neutrons can even dream of turning into protons!

alright so this is a bit of a cheat but there's a way to get a singularity that's about to explode and turn it into snow, and so the snow when it melts will immediately turn into an exploding singularity. probably some console shenanigans but still it'd be cool to see your reaction!

How it works is when deut is cold it becomes more compressed and powerful by increasing its life value but if you artificially increase its life value it still gets super compressed (even more than normal deut at absolute zero) without geting cold so it tries to expand and still reacts way more than normal deut Tldr:makes it think its cold but its not so it go boom
