Honestly, the Nevel episode isn't that problematic given that the ultimate message is that Carly should choose her self-respect over fame and, in the end, Nevel's mother actually punishes him for his behavior. It's okay to enjoy the show so long as you never forget the dark mind behind it. After all, even a show made by a scumbag has some genuinely funny, innocent moments. In my theory it gets a little bit crazier. So just remember that this is a show within a show. This is evidenced by having Nathan Kress play himself in Game Shakers which is linked to Kid Danger which has the characters watch Drake and Josh in it. Bunny the security guard appears in Sam and Cat working under Kel Mitchell acting as a person which would explain how he can be Double G in the “real world,” but be a different character who just has his normal security guard act along with him. Victorious, Sam and Cat, iCarly, and Drake and Josh are tv shows within this messed up Schneiderveese. Other shows such as The Thundermans, Kid Danger, Haunted Hathaways, Knight Squad and Game Shakers are in the “real world.” What really makes this go tipsy turvy is that Nathan Kress actually directs multiple episodes for Game Shakers and Kid Danger. Also Helen from Drake and Josh has a talk show in Game Shakers called The Helen Show and also appears in Victorious as the schools principal. Edit: There is audio from Crazy Steve in the Nora episode in Sam and Cat. There is also another theory that Spencer has uncontrollable Pyrokinesis due to multiple art/diy projects catching fire including a fire extinguisher. This makes sense if you factor in The Thundermans universe being real.
