Saw these guys open up for Blues Traveler in the fall of 1992 at Ithaca College in New York. My buddy was a freshman there, and I was visiting from one of the SUNY universities. It was a wild show, they were incredible live, with the bass and clean tone guitar absolutely blowing me away. There was no doubt these guys would blow up shortly, and they did. As a funny aside, my friend's roommates were approached after the show by Chris Barron. He was wandering the campus, asking where he could score some pot lol.
