Thank you Chef Pasquale. Your recipes are great. My family has enjoyed them. My Great grandmother taught me how she made pizza, pasta, bread, and her Christmas cookies. The one thing she did not teach me was how to make wine. She always had 5 gallons in the closet. Even the kids got a taste. My Dad taught me the Italian Sausage recipe so now I am the sausage maker. It is all good. I’ve looked at your videos and could not find one for wine. Would this be one you could do in the future? Blessings to you and your family. My grandchildren are now learning From me the old recipes. It is good to pass them along.

Because we don't eat meat, I did use the mushrooms as a substitute and I also added red pepper flakes, fennel, cayenne pepper, and Italian seasoning herbs which you would find in sausage. My family really enjoyed this dish. I will be making this again. 😇

Made 2 pies for dinner tonite and it came out beautiful and so good...I mixed hot with sweet sausage...perfect mild heat.. prebake pastry and drain everything including ricotta....Salute!!

this works with egg whites only also. (like eggbeaters or other brand). we've been making it this way for years. very yummy.. and you can freeze them for later, too. enjoy

Made this today. Had to use a 9-inch cake pan because I couldn't find my pie plate. I did cut up the spinach before adding it to the pan abd had no been to drain in since I used very little olive oil. and. Also used already cooked (leftover) sausage tgat I had and duced it up small. I didn't have sun-dried tomatoes so I used fresh grape tomatoes which I halved abd heated with the sausage. Despite the changes, this was delicious. I imagine it would be more so had I had all the ingredients and followed Osara's recipe to a T. Delish!
