Spinach Fatayer Recipe using the 10 minute Dough ( Spinach Pies)10 minute dough recipe/ بالسبانخ

In this video I will be showing you how to make spinach pies using the 10 minute dough !
In this video i made spinach pies using the 10 minute dough but you can use this dough for anything you like!
INGREDIENTS:
Dough:
5 cups flour
1/2 cup canola oil
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp yeast
1 cup warm water ( make sure only warm not hot or it will kill yeast)
1 cup warm milk ( make sure only warm not hot or it will kill yeast)
Spinach stuffing:
40 oz preached spinach ( they come prewashed in the bags)
2 large onions
1/2 cup olive oil
1 tbsp sumac ( you can add 2 if you like the sumac flavor)
1/2 tbsp citric acid
1 tbsp salt
1/2 tbsp red pepper flakes ( this is optional or you can add 1/4 tbsp for just a tiny bit of spice)

It should be sticky at first but when you're done kneading it it will turn tacky but won't actual stick to your fingers anymore. If it doesn't come together in a few minutes add just a little bit more flour

Your flour measurements might be off, I had to add about an extra cup of flour to make the dough come together
