Great! I was looking for a decent vegetarian Recipe for Spinach flatbread to share. Would it help to put a little oil in the mix to minimize sticking?

Yes, that will definitely help. I found that with a good non stick pan, as long as you be patient and wait for it to firm up on the bottom before flipping it, it won’t stick. But I have used a little avocado or coconut oil if I don’t have a food pan.

We tried both this one and the red lentil one. It’s really easy. Some came out more flexible then others.

I’m glad to hear that! I notice the longer I keep the batter cooking on the eye the less flexible it is. So your right cooking less keeps it more bendable. 👍🏾

Great and healthy bread but it's not whole food. Since no bread can be whole food. To make any bread we have to do multiple processes.
