There were rumors of criminal activity happening every Sunday afternoon in a nearby parking lot
It was said that the participants were gangsters from the neighboring suburb of Ocean View, one of the most gang-ridden areas of the Western Cape, South Africa.
"Spinderella" tells the story of what is really happening on the other side of the hill.
